    DON'T recommend coming here to see a new PCP. I booked with Dr. Haq since my Dr is booked until the…read moreend of the year. My appt was for 3:30. At 4pm I asked the status, and was told I'd be seen shortly. I checked again at 4:20 and the receptionist said she would check with the doctor. They said it would be another 30 minutes. i'm sorry but who has time to wait for an hour and half to see a doctor? I understand there are other patients who are not well, but schedule your appointments accordingly. I also have a job and I am extremely sick. I made this appointment with someone else because I could not wait until January. I don't want something to happen to me, esp the state of the world we are living in. Another issue I had was the receptionist did not even care to communicate with me what the status was until I asked. She suggested I stay until 5pm when extended hours start but she knew i was on the clock. So that would not have worked. I asked if someone else could see me as it was a very quick appointment but she said no. Did not even ask. I walked out and will not go back to see Dr. Haq or anyone except my PCP. Another issue I had was with everything going on in the world, how do you know something is not severely wrong with the patient and have them waiting for so long? Ridiculous. DO NOT recommend.

I have been reaching out to your company at 516-622-6187/888-620-2685 since Monday and have spent over 10 hours waiting on hold to speak with someone in your billing department, unable to make any headway regarding the member's concern. Account number- 2910096 I spoke with your agent Sandra yesterday who was unable to resolve the member's issue and most recently today, Nathan. The member and myself asked to speak with a supervisor but Nathan disconnected the phone. I am currently on hold in your queue waiting to speak with yet another agent. *Do you have a direct number to your billing department (not your Patient Relation's department) that I can reach out to in order to speak with someone. I'm sure you can appreciate the hours the member and myself have spent waiting on hold only to speak with two of your agents that are unable to assist. Please feel free to email me directly and please provide a direct number to your billing company so I can assist in resolving the member's billing issue. I have also copied the member for reference.
