I went the other day after i purchased a baby beardie from them, after 3 days of having him he was acting super off not eating or drinking and i tried everything i could, changing the temps dripping water on his nose and i was told not to spray him with water or soak him because he is the size of my pinky and it can get into his lungs and make him sick so i tried dripping water on his nose and he wouldnt take it, so i asked them about it and the first girl i talked to smelled like straight cigarettes and wouldnt really talk to me and handed me over to someone else then the guy she handed me to was so rough with the lizard legit flicking his head and the whole time i had him his eyes were closed because he is still so small, and when i told him that he looked at me and said "looks like his eyes are open now" oh i dont know maybe cause you are flicking his head and tossing him around, and not only that but all of the staff members are so rude, and all the animals look extremely depressed, the other lizard was not moving around at all and looked extremely sad and the birds are shaking and pulling out their feathers. read more
