Honestly, I bought 3 mollys for my tank, it was a ten gallon, with a heater, the right water temperature, completely cleaned out and the water was treated, all of them died within 4 hours, the only one still alive is my snail

PART 2 of the previous review....the post was so long I couldn't post it without cutting It in half!.... about a week later and spoke to a guy on Saturday 2/27 because I haven't heard anything and he said that he had her paperwork in front of him and her last dose of meds was later that night and she should be for sale tomorrow morning. I asked what was wrong and what meds she was on and he said antibiotics for "excessive sneezing" (not an official diagnosis the last time I checked). He said that my name and number were on her paperwork and I would be called when she's ready but I should come in tomorrow morning to make sure no one buys her first since she can't be held....AGAIN out of fear that she would be sold to someone else I went there when the store opened at 10am. The cashier paged Kyle,ANOTHER manager, he then told me "I don't know why he told you that her last dose was yesterday she has 4 more days of meds"....so I was lied to....he said the vets was due to come in between Tuesday 3/2 and Thursday 3/4 and she could possibly be cleared before than. he assured me that they had my name and number and they would call me. I hadn't heard anything thru Wednesday night so I went there to get an update and Nicole (yet ANOTHER manager) was very nasty with me. She said the vet hasn't come in yet. And brought up the fact I had contacted corporate about this whole situation, a very clear reason for her nastiness. She told me Tristan was fired. ( you know the guy they claimed called me and spoke with me?? more lies) And told me Kyle had no right to tell me he'd call me when the ferret was ready and they don't do that and flat out refused to notify me when the ferret was cleared from the vet. I asked to speak to Kyle so I could find out why I was lied to AGAIN and she refused to tell me when he would be in next. So I said that's fine ill come in when the store opens and see if he's in then. I went to the store this morning and spoke to the manager Jimmy (apparently everyone that works here is a damn manager) since Kyle wasn't in. I told Jimmy about Nicole being nasty and he told me that there's no reason someone can't give me a courtesy call and took down my name and number again and said he's just waiting on the vet to clear her (and a few other animals in the back that have been sick...apparently.this is a common thing) he said hopefully today and he'll let me know as soon as she's good to go. He also said Kyle would be in later (something that Nicole couldn't tell me because she was afraid of stalkers...ummm I just want to buy the damn ferret...I have no interest in Kyle or anyone else here...I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this) Not to mention but when I walked in there last night and went by the ferret tank the original lady cleaning tanks gave me a dirty look and whipped her phone out and started typing furiously at Nicole or whoever that I was there (while she was helping a customer...completely unprofessional if nothing else). So I waited until 7pm and went there again since I was told no one would call me I would have to periodically check in and she if she's back on the floor, also to talk to Kyle and ask him why he said he would call me when Nicole said he wouldn't and she would be talking to him (aka reprimanding him)......I asked the girl cashier to page Kyle and she went to do so and the other guy Matt (he was there last night when i was arguing with Nicole about all the shady practices of this store) said oh you're hear about the female ferret right? She passed, she died....and I was like " what do you mean she died?! I just talked to Jimmy today and he said he was just waiting for the vets clearance and she was fine!" And he said I know but she died....I asked to speak to Kyle and he said he wasn't available. And I said "well why was she gonna just page him to come up front...and he said I don't know he's not here he left me in charge and the girl looked confused (her name is Danielle). I was like so you guys are working here tonight without a manager on duty??? So Kyle was essentially hiding because he didn't want to answer as to why he lied to me. And I don't believe the ferret is dead either. I believe that they are pissed I complained to corporate and they are lying to me hoping I'll just go away...not gonna happen....I made another call to corporate and they are now investigating this store and it's practices and if and how the ferret that was healthy as could be a few weeks ago is dead as of tonight....DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH ANYTHING AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS SHOP ELSEWHERE AT ANOTHER LOCATION!!!!

After a year with my dog , and many failed training programs from other companies not related to this one, I found Amanda with a final desperate attempt to train my dog because I knew there was potential. I had wasted a lot of money and was nervous to begin another program, but after my first call with Amanda I knew this was going to be different. She was encouraging and engaging, asking detailed questions about my dog and her behavior. Our first session began immediately tailored to my dog's needs and within a week I saw improvements. If you know dachshunds, you know how difficult training them can be. Amanda accepted the challenge without hesitation and proved that idea to be wrong, she made the training easy and motivating. She worked with myself to better understand how I can set my dog up for success rather than failure. Two weeks in, my dog was entirely different in the very best way possible. She introduced new techniques and worked with each challenge my dog faced to ensure she overcame it. I cannot say enough good things about the program. Don't waste your time on a basic training program elsewhere. In the end you're only cutting corners that will harm your dog down the road. She showed me that the phrase "You can't teach an old dog new tricks" is NOT true, as long as you don't give up!! Amanda will provide you with skills to ensure yourself and your dog live the happiest lives. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know.

I tell our trainers Katie and Nicole all of the time that they are life savers. We brought our puppy here at 1 years old - a small wild, energetic Jack Russell who knew every time I was on a video meeting to bark his head off and embarrass me EVERY TIME! Walks were out of the question since he would pull on the leash to the point he would choke himself... sitting on the deck was a nightmare in our own backyard because he would bark at the wind (yes, the wind), the leaves moving, the birds and obviously the neighbors. Does this sound familiar? I questioned my decision of getting a puppy and then I found Max K9. We did a 3 week Board & Train where I was super hesitant of dropping him off (because no one wants to leave their baby anywhere), but they were so good with sending video progress and pictures and including my husband and I in the process. I joke with everyone that I think they implanted a program into his brain! Lol! The transformation was unreal. We were instantly able to communicate with him and actually go on a walk.. outside in the real world. What a breath of fresh air, literally! Max K9 has given us the ability to live an active lifestyle and have our pup enjoy it with us. Hikes, traveling, morning walks, trips to the store, brewery visits, long car rides out of state... you name it. I would do it all over again if I had to without a question. So if you've made it this far, thanks for reading. I hope this helps you make your decision to having a better relationship with your pup and enjoying life with them every step of the way.

Stormie is a rescue who we adopted in 2019 and underwent 2 surgeries in 2021 due to bilateral CCL surgery. She was cooped up for an extended amount of time during recovery. We were unable to take her outside without her reacting to other dogs and sometimes even people. Stormie even gave us difficulty when we wanted to go for a short walk. It was so frustrating and difficult taking her out in public that we needed help. We have heard of Maximum K9 from many of our friends and even the great reviews I've seen on dog groups and online. I called to inquire about the types of training (group vs. individual) and it was clear that we needed to take private lessons. We signed up for a package of 6 lessons with Sherry that were one hour long for 6 consecutive weeks. Our first day, Sherry got to know about Stormie's behaviors - positive and negative, what we were having difficulty with and what our goals were. Sherry worked with us each week when training Stormie (and me) on how to modify or progress a skill. We learned how to heel, which we never were taught from another trainer elsewhere, and the importance of heel. We were given homework on what to practice from the training sessions to continue our work outside of the facility. Sherry helped Stormie become less dog reactive in a safe manner at Maximum K9. Stormie was slowly exposed to the board and train dogs in the facility that had various levels of size and temperament. Each week, Stormie learned how to follow her commands and not react to different dogs. With Sherry's consistent training, Stormie was able to heel with me in a circle with other dogs and sit next to them without any reaction at all. I cannot find the words to thank Sherry for helping Stormie and myself. I came into Maximum K9 with Stormie trying to pull my arm off and reacting to dogs in the lobby to now leaving with my arm back intact and her in a nice heel. I will refer all my dog lovers and friends to Maximum K9 and Sherry going forward! Thank you again!
