Great store! More than always helpful! The store is fantastic. Usually has most things in stock even hard to find items that you can't find in chain stores like Petco etc. , and one thing they have that doesn't exist in a chain store ---EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Anything you need they're extremely helpful and happy to find or get. I had my dog training classes here, and that's how I started coming to this location; but I have to tell you the customer service from the store is unrivaled. If there's something you need, just call and check on it. They're happy to check in stock, They also have a website you can order through that too, 99.9% of the time what you're looking for is a stocked item,and on the rare occasion that it is not or you have an item as I did a special cat food recommended by the vet they did not have on the shelf they called another location, had it there for me the next day! I also have a bad back and I cannot carry large bags of dog food for my dog....put my back out once they had the food delivered to my house free of charge which is a service they offer as well; if I go to the store, they are happy to bring it to my car for me if needed. Really cool store with friendly helpful staff. They have lots of unique cat treats and different toys that my aunts cat loves (we get all of his stuff here!) Debbie is an excellent trainer who charges next to nothing for group sessions to train your dogs/puppies of multiple age groups. Theresa is amazing in the store section who gave our poor puppy, who got bitten by a Pitbull a few days ago, so many options of food and vitamins to choose from, and some extra special tips to get our nauseated dog to finally eat. If our puppy didn't eat during this crucial time of recovery, he may have had to go in for an IV to survive. I am so glad Theresa helped us, she may have saved his life. After multiple attempts to get our puppy to eat, he finally ate one of Theresa's suggestions. Thank you! read more

Another great thing about TPC is that if they don't have the food in stock or carry it anymore they will special order it for your 4 legged pal and call when it comes in for you to pick up. They have a HUGE selection and will even carry those heavy dog food bags to your car. There is an excellent groomer available. And last but not least, Debi Feliziani is one of the best dog trainers around. She is kind, compassionate, and patient in addition to being very knowledgeable and experienced. She offers a wide array of classes from beginner through advanced competition in many disciplines. For the life of me, I don't know why anyone would go to Petco or Pet smart when given the option to come here. The prices are much better, there is a better selection, and it's fresher. Don't get me started about the difference in dog training. I recommend Dogworks to anyone who asks me for a trainer. I went here for the first time the other day. They have the brand of cat food I buy for the cheapest price (Taste of the Wild, 11.99 for a 5lbs bag). They have a lot of those odd items/brands that you don't find at chain pet stores. It's a small place & there's an area of the back that only staff can go & get what you need. I guess that's a bit inconvenient if you're just browsing, but the staff is VERY helpful. It was fairly busy when we went & they made sure everyone was being helped if they needed it. I signed up as a member to get points & coupons. They have sales that last all month. It also looks like they have training classes? But I don't have a dog so I didn't look into it. These people are fantastic! They really care about your animals and educate everyone on different foods of all price ranges.
