I asked her if the dogs were safe, she was like yea they are fine. I asked if that is how dogs hang themselves. Anyway when I picked up my dog she rang up price without $10 discount, I didn't sign and she rang up with the discount deduction and I signed and left. PROBLEM!!! Both charges are on my account, I called a week later after pending and explained I had 2 charges, she checked her records and said she would reverse charge. 12/3/2018 I ended up filing a claim with my credit card company. Thankfully, her receptionist saved the day! I liked her background when I looked at this place but now that I know how horrible she is at dealing with people, I will Never trust her with my dog again.
