Sadly, I would not recommend. I have boarded my dogs here before and they did ok. This time, not sure what went on but getting different stories from the staff. We left our 2 dogs for 4 nights over Thanksgiving. We called to check on them and were told that they were doing great. The dogs were kenneled separately, however we were told that they were let out in the run together and were playing. We called to ask if the video cameras could be turned on because we wanted to view them while we were away, the kennel never called us back. When we picked them up we were told that the older dog (13) was aggressive to staff and was never allowed out of the kennel, which conflicted with what we were told on the phone. He has a big (silver dollar sized) lesion on his face and a chipped tooth that is right under the lesion, as though he was kicked. This will require veterinary treatment. This dog has never been aggressive towards people. Both dogs had lost a considerable amount of weight. A very disappointing and scary experience. read more

This was my first time leaving my baby in a kennel. It was rough for me the first couple of days, but my husband was highly impressed by their sensitivity to my concern. They would hold our dog and cuddle and coo it. This made me feel much better. Add the camera in the mix and both my husband and I gained more confidence in the place as the days went by. The total boarding days were 7 in a mini suite. We picked her up almost daily, to join us on some dog friendly excursions. We especially appreciated Sierra, one of the caretakers. Told the kennel that our dog gets fed twice a day, literally said "there's ten ziplock bags of food pre-portioned in here because he eats twice, once in the morning, once around dinner time". Picked him up with half of his food still left in the bag, meaning he was underfed for the five days he was there. I have taken my 95 lb boxer/mastiff mix to All Aboard for years. I've never boarded an animal and was no thrilled with the idea. I toured several kennels in the are and like the grounds, people, and overall cleanliness of All Aboard the best. Not only did I enjoy the staff, but Brutus, my dog, loved them even more! Brutus is a bit animal aggressive and has a sensitive stomach and the staff at All Aboard take special care of him like they would their own. They make sure he is in a private pen to run and play and they ensure that he does eat his food. I would, and do, highly recommend this kennel for the most discerning pet owner. read more

I just my dog back from this kennel I would not recommend this kennel to my worst enemy my dog was crying and she had lost a lot of weight. The kennel they had her in was very dirty. She was covered with fleas, she had none when I brought her here! The first thing when I got my dog back at home was to give her a flea and tick shampoo. Beware of taking your pet here! read more

Was not able to see or get dog on holiday. Did see her for 45 mins day before. She was clean ate some stuff I brought her. Had great visit, played. Picked her up today, day after holiday to drive 3 hrs with her COVERED IN FECES AND URINE. Her bedding and toys were covered in it too. Would never suggest this place to anyone. No one even offered to rinse her off. I ask for trash bag to put bedding in and had to leave so I didn't go off completely. Was told girl didn't have time to clean her since all dogs were getting picked up. Massive diarrhea also. NEVER AGAIN. read more
