They offer different shampoos, brushes, towels, and a dryer to pamper your pet. They also offered toys, treats, pet supplies, and doggy ice cream sundaes complete with toppings. She has a lot of hair, it's not matted, but there's just a LOT of it. She's usually pretty easy but it takes a long time to do her grooming because there's so much hair. Glad to FINALLY have found someone who cuts her hair the right way! She gets her ears cleaned and nails trimmed. The place is clean, quiet and uncomplicated. No drama at the front desk. My dog did not smell as if he was bathed and the cut was just awful. His facial hair was lopsided, which I had to correct and he had nicks from whatever type if clippers that they used. My dog was not himself for the rest of the day from this experience. I suspect that the person who did this was not a trained groomer, maybe just filling in for an actual groomer. Never again!
