HORRIBLE SALON! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. My son was charged an "aggressive dog fee" for a nail…read morecutting and bath for a Corgi. Because she "ALMOST" bit the groomer. If the groomer didn't GET bit, why the charge? The owner refused to send me her price list and was completely rude and unprofessional. The website posts no prices, and she had to invent a reason why a bath and nail clipping was $100. Our dog is two years old and has been to this salon several times with NO ISSUES. Maybe the issue was the GROOMER and not the dog??? NEVER AGAIN! The attitude and the way she justified taking advantage of us was overwhelming. DEFINITELY NOT working on referrals or a return customer policy! RUN!! FIND ANOTHER SALON!! Anywhere but here! TERRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We've been here a few times and it was fine until the last time we went a few months back. I don't…read moreknow if it was an off day for them or what, but the hair cuts our dogs got were not their usual good jobs they've done in the past, one looked like they hadn't finished the job. One of our dogs was also bleeding from a tumor the groomer nicked while shaving and seemed traumatized. The reason I'm posting this now is because one of our dogs' hair isn't growing back. We took her to the vet and another groomer and they confirmed that a groomer at this establishment cut her hair way to short for her breed. So even if it was just an accident made by a new groomer or something else, my dog is possibly permanently damaged hair wise on her back. So I feel like it's my duty to warn others just incase this happens to someone else.

Best groomer i have ever been to…read more I have a mid size, double coat dog. Most groomers won't even clip them, because their skin can get sunburned. What you have to do is clip them so there is like 1-2" of hair left. This requires a special blade. Not a blade with a guard, and actual thicker blade. The cut was even and it probably took them forever. My dog also had fleas. His coat had been so think, i couldn't get the drops onto his skin. They gave him 2 flea dips. The last one, they said you could just see the fleas dropping off him. They then bathed him and raked out all his wooly hair and dead skin. Blow him dry. Clipped his nails. He was like a puppy when i went to pick him up. It made his summer so much better and cooler I'll take him there the beginning of each summer from now on Plus, they are more affordable than most places 5/5 stars

I was able to have an online chat via pet insurance that gave me some ideas of what the issue could be. Then, the light bulb went off while reading reviews. I decided to try grooming to see if it could sooth his skin. I was a little hesitant as there were no recent reviews but I needed to try something and fast. I had a conversation with Patti over the phone and she was really patient in listening to my concerns. She was able to take us the next day and gave my boy a soothing medicated bath. He looked great and felt better. We still have to deal with the cause and flare ups but at least he is more comfortable. Thanks to Patti and team at Ruff Cuts.
