I don't…read moreknow if it was an off day for them or what, but the hair cuts our dogs got were not their usual good jobs they've done in the past, one looked like they hadn't finished the job. One of our dogs was also bleeding from a tumor the groomer nicked while shaving and seemed traumatized. The reason I'm posting this now is because one of our dogs' hair isn't growing back. We took her to the vet and another groomer and they confirmed that a groomer at this establishment cut her hair way to short for her breed. So even if it was just an accident made by a new groomer or something else, my dog is possibly permanently damaged hair wise on her back. So I feel like it's my duty to warn others just incase this happens to someone else.

His nails are the shortest and smoothest he's ever had. No more tic tic tic on our hardwood floors. Thankful for the wonderful gals who took care of our boy.

She has a lot of hair, it's not matted, but there's just a LOT of it. She's usually pretty easy but it takes a long time to do her grooming because there's so much hair. I have used groomers in Boston, Sarasota FL, Long Island, Palm Springs and the Delaware Beach. At times I have resorted to grooming them myself when I couldn't find anyone who could do a decent job or my dog was traumatized by the local option. I was lucky enough to get an appointment to have my 4yo toy poodle groomed by Riza when another client canceled. Ziggy was groomed in record time, about 45 minutes. When I picked him up I could not believe how great he looked! I like to keep his face full and ears short like a Bichon. Ziggy has very fine hair that is easily tangled and he is a rough and tumbly little guy. Riza followed my wishes perfectly. In addition, Ziggy smelled lovely, not perfumed but just right. Riza has written several books on Asian style dog grooming and offers that option at the salon. Most importantly, Ziggy was not frantic or crying when I picked him up, as he has been with some other groomers. I unequivocally recommend Wuf & Miao for your fur babies.
