The website posts no prices, and she had to invent a reason why a bath and nail clipping was $100. Our dog is two years old and has been to this salon several times with NO ISSUES. Maybe the issue was the GROOMER and not the dog??? NEVER AGAIN! The attitude and the way she justified taking advantage of us was overwhelming. DEFINITELY NOT working on referrals or a return customer policy! RUN!! FIND ANOTHER SALON!! Anywhere but here! TERRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My dog basically exploded when I got him outside he had to pee so bad. Even if his last walk was 3 or 4 hours ago, he should not be peeing and pooping this much in an instant. The staff is young, inexperienced, and can barely muster a smile when you walk in. The windows in the dog rooms are not cleaned, and it really smells awful in there. It's such an unhealthy environment, and for the price you pay per day, they should have double the staff. I predict they are winding down the staff because they will actually go out of business soon, but that is just my opinion. There is no way people want to pay so much to board their dogs in a place with ratty linens, rooms that aren't cleaned, and smell like pee.

We eventually found this place and they were SO welcoming! We dropped them off and they had so many great options for the dogs, including licky mats and a Thanksgiving meal! We got some amazing pictures and they really went above and beyond to play with the dogs and make sure that they were well loved and exercised. They even put their food into kongs to give them more stimulation. Really such a wonderful caring place and for half the price of what we would have paid at a dog hotel where they wouldn't have gotten that love and attention. I'm actually so disappointed we live so far away, otherwise they would be here for every vacation!

Complained to the contact that picked up the dogs that they chewed inside the enclosure-hey! they are dogs sometimes they chew things!!!!! When i asked for a partial refund (after all I had to prepay $425.00 for a week) and she only kept the dogs @ nights and not even 48 hours and was refused even a partial refund. We've been here a few times and it was fine until the last time we went a few months back. I don't…read moreknow if it was an off day for them or what, but the hair cuts our dogs got were not their usual good jobs they've done in the past, one looked like they hadn't finished the job. One of our dogs was also bleeding from a tumor the groomer nicked while shaving and seemed traumatized. The reason I'm posting this now is because one of our dogs' hair isn't growing back. We took her to the vet and another groomer and they confirmed that a groomer at this establishment cut her hair way to short for her breed. So even if it was just an accident made by a new groomer or something else, my dog is possibly permanently damaged hair wise on her back. So I feel like it's my duty to warn others just incase this happens to someone else.
