If the groomer didn't GET bit, why the charge? The owner refused to send me her price list and was completely rude and unprofessional. The website posts no prices, and she had to invent a reason why a bath and nail clipping was $100. Our dog is two years old and has been to this salon several times with NO ISSUES. Maybe the issue was the GROOMER and not the dog??? NEVER AGAIN! The attitude and the way she justified taking advantage of us was overwhelming. DEFINITELY NOT working on referrals or a return customer policy! RUN!! FIND ANOTHER SALON!! Anywhere but here! TERRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is the place you want your pets to stay while you're on vacation!…read more The folks at Gravel Hill Pet Wagon took such good care of our dog. We had a special family party in the area, and we didn't feel that we could leave our elderly dog in a kennel, while we traveled to Delaware. I called and spoke with Paul beforehand, and he seemed to be a kind and accommodating person, with a true love of animals. When we arrived at the kennel, Paul and Kyle came out and welcomed us to their business, and more importantly, welcomed our dog. The business is in a quiet area, not far from the Delaware beaches. It was clean and the pets had different areas to be cared for, at different times of the day. We would feel very comfortable recommending Gravel Hill Pet Wagon to anyone looking for a safe place for their pets to stay. Thanks, guys, for taking such good care of our old girl. We felt like we could relax and enjoy the party, knowing that she was in a good place, with caring people.

My fur baby liked the vets here - and everyone! They treated her like she was their own fur baby! When it became necessary to "let my Layla go", they could not have been more caring! Since my baby was not able to walk - or even stand on her own, they met me at car with a stretcher and carried her as if they were carrying a human baby! They were loving, caring and provided me (and family members with me!) with sympathy - and even had tears in their own eyes. I cannot recommend this Vet Hospital high enough!
