Tons of fun walking and running around with the dogs, helping tidy up the facility, and just being a helping hand wherever someone needed. The staff and other volunteers were all incredibly kind! Everyone was on the same side, and they were very supportive and helpful. Whether you want to get involved in volunteer work, or just want to spend some time with some great animals, I highly recommend the humane society of Wicomico county!

I called Saturday after hours and they had missed a toe nail on my other dog. So I didn't expect a phone call until Tuesday when they opened. I waited then called again on Wednesday and left a second message. They called me back on Thursday and I spoke with someone. I offered to bring in my dachshund(whose toe nail got missed) and they said they would talk to the owner and get back with me. I took my dachshund in,they fixed the toe nail, no one said anything to me about my other dog or reimbursement or anything. It's been a few weeks now and I never heard back from the groomer. Not once did anybody ask me if my dog was ok. Not once was I offered anything to fix the issue. Not ok.

After talking to the staff on the phone I reserved a stay (site unseen) for our two miniature schnauzers. From the minute we walked in the door I had no regrets of our decision to board of dogs with them. The office was clean and organized. The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We were in our RV pulling a Jeep and they had to move a few cars for us to maneuver their driveway. Our dogs were welcomed calmly and boarded together. We were able to have them bathed prior to our picking them up. The pricing is comparable to what we pay in Montana. We did not have any problems with them after their stay. We would highly recommend this pet resort and we will use it again if ever in Maryland. After returning home we received a handwritten note from the staff regarding our pups' stay. Apeiron Pups Dec.2021 We have known Aaron/Apeiron pups for…read moremany, many years. He began a friendship with our eldest son and we as a family came to know and love him. When he was a teen/young adult, He would house/Dog sit for us! Aaron was awesome with our dogs. We had some anxious and bad behavioral barking and within a very short time with them he had their full attention. Aaron very patiently worked with them outside every time he came bye! Our house had more obedient dogs and a great deal more peace! We then got a golden, named Boomer that loved Aaron! After many years of growing, bonding and working Boomer, he was so well behaved and obedient! Fast forward 10 years, Boomer grew older and slower. Although he was still silly, eager to please and happy to see us and Aaron too, it was apparent to all of us he was in severe pain! After few visits to our Vet, medications and several test later, we then got the Devastating news that Boomer, was ravaged with cancer. It was time to say our peaceful goodbyes! He was such a good, good boy! This was one of the most difficult times in our lives, saying goodbye to our family member Boomer! Aaron came to pay his condolences to all of us! He knew our love for all of our dogs, especially Boomer! So little over a year after Boomers passing, Aaron/Apeiron pups personally matched us to one of his pups that was most like Boomers personality and our family needs. This past November 2021, much to our surprise, in walks our dear sweet Aaron with a puppy! A sweet, blonde, little girl who we named Presley! As young as she was she was already so smart! She is the perfect fit to our family! And of course, Aaron/Apeiron pups has checked in with us several times to see how our training, obedience and health/growth were coming along! We are so grateful and cannot say enough about Aaron/Apeiron pups, the level of his professionalism and knowledge he has displayed to us for many, many years!
