    Fist time we've used Petco. I was in a bind and they could deliver. I worked late for days and couldn't make it to by my boy his food so I ordered delivery. Delivery was great, but when my daughter opened the food.... Wow. Spiderwebs and Maggots... spiderwebs and maggots. Disgusting. When I called the customer service they wanted to give me $10.00 credit.... No, thank you. I don't ever want to buy from there again.

    This review is for the grooming department. First impression was how awful it smelled. Like feces and stagnant air. I was greeted very nicely by a girl who stated she was not my dogs groomer. My dogs groomer wasn't there. Weird, but I sent my dog back anyway. They advised it would be "at least an hour", which was fine. 20 minutes later I was called that my dog was finished. Pleasantly surprised, I went to pick him up. I walked in and stood there for 5 minutes before a lady I had not seen before rudely asked what I wanted. I advised I was there to pick up my dog, she printed my receipt and told me to pay first. I went to pay and was shocked at the additional "supplies fee". In my opinion, just charge what the thing costs and stop adding "fees" to everything. But then they ask if you want to tip. Which is weird considering I had not even met the groomer, nor had I seen my dog. When I go back to get him the lady asks "which dog" and "what color was his collar". Strange questions considering he was only there for 25 minutes. I take my dog home and notice he is just not acting right. There was discharge comping from both eyes. Yellow puss looking discharge. Also his eyes were very bloodshot. I then check his stomach and see trauma to his whole underbelly. Red welts and bruises. I can only imagine what my sweet pup had to go through. Please do NOT take your dog to be groomed here. It is unsanitary and unsafe.

    Very disappointed with this location... i had rescheduled my appointment several weeks in advance, then the morning of my scheduled appointment was told the groomer was not available and was offered a 25% off discount for my next grooming appointment assured Id get a phone call with a time to reschedule. I called to follow up as I had not heard anything and was told that the grooming department was busy so they'd call me back. Never heard a word and followed up several hours later and left a voicemail message. I have not received any kind of contact whatsoever. This location has gone downhill and I will never be returning to this Petco going forward. I don't know how the grooming department is still getting customers when they cancel, don't follow up with rescheduling options and are very unprofessional. There are far better groomers that are worth the time and money.

    I have been a loyal Local Fish Store customer for years until 8/16/22. I had several questions about my betta fish and called a few LFS and no one was able to answer my questions. So I decided to call this Petco and Zach answered my phone call. He was able to give me amazing advice and was super friendly. I actually wasn't planning on buying anything but he had such great recommendations that I had to buy a few things. The two Betta that I have now are thriving because of Zach's recommendations. He gave me the best customer service I have had in a long time and I am extremely grateful. I will definitely be returning to this Petco from now on

    Pretty sure this fish is dead

    They do NOT care about the fish that are there. I get it not everyone wants fish that aren't beta fish but to allow a living thing to live in something that very clearly hasn't been clean is just messed up. I was going to buy a baby beta fish here but clearly they don't take care of their fish at all.

    The staff are super friendly here, always a warm greeting and they actually seem like they take pride in their store.

    They really don't have a lot that I care for I would rather go to PetSmart. Their prices are so much higher than they need to be.

    We like petco because they have just food for dogs brand dog food. Also the workers seem pretty nice.

    Rob, I am so sorry this took so long to get posted…read more(technical difficulties). Now, we still do not have full control over our boys yet, and I do stress yet) but it is MUCH better. The training we received from you was instrumental in helping us in keeping our two boys safe. Your training was not for them, but for us. Capone and Pawlie appear much happier now, much more responsive, and Jodi and I are much more confident in our abilities. When our boys started becoming aggressive with each other, it broke our hearts. We had so much happening in our lives, we had forgotten that we project on to our kids. Instead of having one step forward , three steps back, we are now four steps forward and one step back. We just know, now, that we have to be more diligent with them and remember they too are our children. Your guidance, and teaching, has helped us regain our lives, and feel that our kids are safe, and they have been playing together. We, as Mom and Dad, still stress and want to make sure they are always safe, but our lives are much calmer because of you and your teaching.     I actually didn't directly come to AAA for an audition. My dog was "discovered" by Kama when I…read morebrought him in for an agility evaluation. He knew a few tricks, and had a good sit/stay, which he demonstrated quite well that day! Since then, he's been in a commercial, a print ad, and they've even asked me to do some modeling for an ad! My dog has had fun on these shoots, and comes back home eager to practice some more (What dog wouldn't love constant treats for doing tricks in a short amount of time?)! My younger dog has also been in a print ad, which was a great experience for her. Please please, know these things before auditioning your pet for an acting agency: 1. It's very important for your dog to be very good with other animals and people (Non-reactive), and as distraction proof as possible. Many acting and modeling gigs run on a tight schedule, and an obedient dog that won't get easily distracted is a must. It's also important for your dog to be trained to do tricks not just at home, but in different environments. If your dog isn't ready quite yet for any jobs though, Kama and Jubie are excellent at training, and any suggestions they have are only in the best interest for you and your dog so that you can both be better prepared for the industry. 2. Once your dog auditions and is part of the agency, it's just like being a human actor at an acting agency. Many jobs require a certain type/breed of dog, so if you are relying solely on the agency for jobs, you might be waiting for the right part to come your way. 3. A lot of jobs happen at the last minute, so having a flexible schedule is important. In all the jobs I've been to, Kama and/or Jubie have been there to make sure everything runs smoothly, and to give any helpful hints to make sure the talent hired performs reliably, admirably, while having fun at the same time. Overall, it's been an interesting experience being in the pet entertainment industry!

They lure you in and if your animal doesn't perform to the owners level of acceptance you are then given you information for someone they work with who can give your dog obedience lessons and then they imply after which you will be put in their files for future consideration. The standards in which they test vary from one dog to the next. The person that sent the email extending to me the opportunity had made assumptions about my dogs temperament . They allowed an owner to run their dog in an agility area while asking for specific behaviors, but they did not give any information about the location, environment, activity, or anything of location. You're simply asked to come. All of these things made it look like they're drumming up business for someone else and in turn getting some kind of a return on any business sent that way.

    I can't say enough good things about Lindsey!…read more We recently brought home a rescue that I knew would be challenging but had no idea how hard she would be. She was food aggressive, she was aggressive with our family - bit all of us at least once - attacked our other two dogs and literally went to the bathroom wherever she preferred. I'm not one to give up on dogs but knew that if we kept her we needed help! We decided that if we were going to work with one of our dogs - we'd also work with our other naughty dog to retrain him of his bad habits. IN THE FIRST SESSION we saw significant changes in their behavior! She is so knowledgeable, so professional, and she got my kids involved so they know what to do! We just finished our last session and I'm so grateful to her for all of the tools she's given our family to help our dogs be the best behaved versions of themselves! We still have our homework, and they still have a ways to go but this experience has been so amazing! Thank you girl, love ya!!!

We moved away earlier this year and were so SO bummed to leave such a great training and caretaking provider. All of her team is prepared to deal with difficult dogs and help reinforce good behavior, so all of our lunchtime visits included built-in training for our little pups. The team also sent photo updates and left detailed report cards every single day without fail. Lindsey herself is such a boss when it comes to training and is so so patient and welcoming. All of her own dogs are super patient too and were incorporated into the training sessions to help our little pups get used to being around other dogs. We (pups included) miss Lindsey and TLDSH tremendously!
