    Terrible grooming job by Natasha! I've been going to Petco for almost a year now with my dog and haven't experienced anything like this before. I took him in for a cut and expected for them to cut him shorter due to some matting but when I got him back his entire face was also cut short which I didn't agree on and there were a nick on his eye as well as his under belly! These areas didn't not even need to be cut!! Additionally the job which usually takes 4 hours took 6.5 hours, and they did not call to update me at all! I didn't not approve his face too be cut short, and I had to call them multiple times to check in on him. Also he was there 6.5 hours without water or being taken to the bathroom!

    Pet o is now charging $.10 for a bag to carry out the stuff you just paid $40 for. I don't think I will frequent this store again.

    Very helpful staff. The store has a wide selection of products. Some items seem to be more expensive but the quality is good.

By mentioning something about it they fixed it on the spot. Great service and amazing prices, I'm always happy to go there. I recently decided to go to Shaggy to Chic Grooms LLC. on lakeside because it was closer to home and had a horrible experience. I decided to put a review on their Facebook page and was harassed the whole time. Had the owner message me, stating I was never a costumer and she never groomed my dogs. As I was providing proof I went back to the Facebook page and dropped the review to a 2 star. As being insulted wasn't enough from the owner one of her employees decided to put up messages under the Review blaming me for not providing the right information. Being bombarded from the employee and the owner was very unprofessional and insulting so I took off the review so they would stop harassing me. I felt like I wasn't valued as a customer, like they had no care about how they groomed my pets. If I receive two dogs with hair patches all over their body's and a husky that had chunks of hair falling out after I paid for a hair treatment package. I believe, I'm allowed to put up a review without basically being called a liar and have the blame thrown in my face. The reason I'm adding this horrible experience to this review page, I want people to know that you may have a bad experience at Shaggy to Chic. In conclusion I highly recommend Stephs Bubbles and Bows you will never experience such cruel behavior.

Ive had my dogs all groomed here for years! my appointment tomorrow (April 23rd) is at 1230. I received a reminder text on April 21st at 923 am saying they needed my dogs uploaded rabies vaccines. I CALLED FIVE TIMES ALL DAY AND NOT A SINGLE PERSON ANSWERED! I LEFT A MESSAGE! NOT A SINGLE CALL BACK ALL DAY! I asked for their fax number to see where I could have my vets send the paperwork to as my vet office has a 24-48 hour records release time frame! by the way, the last time I was there a few months ago it was immediately after both their vet visits and I had the paperwork on me! I asked the receptionist to scan them and she said oh you're not due! no worries we don't need them! now 3 months later, it's April and they need them immediately. after the reminder text I got today at 1003am, with still no call back, I got another reminder message that they needed my records. so I responded with, "I think I need to cancel Bella's apt as I'm not sure I can get the record by 1230 tomorrow." the receptionist didn't cancel my apt but instead said, "she thought I'd get her the documents and kept my apt." all of this to say, when I told her I can't get her the documents in time she responded with, you're gonna get charged a rescheduling fee of $25. are you kidding me? then went on to say they were having phone troubles. ok so wait, you're having business issues that interfer with customers being able to manage what you require for them to come, AND CUSTOMERS ARE SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR THIS? NOT INTERESTED. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND ANOTHER GROOMER, THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT CONSISITENT. I wish I could upload our text messages, because they even said while trying to charge me, "a lot of customers are really upset, you're not the only one." Oh that's so smart to charge them then lol for your business issue's. Great business tactic lol we shall see how many stay! Update: Owner responded by posting a Google Drive link instead of addressing the issue directly. That alone speaks to their communication style.

    I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this vet and will never return…read more I brought in my 11-year-old husky after he started having trouble with his leg. I was told he had a completely torn ACL and needed a very expensive surgery. This was alarming enough, but things quickly went downhill from there. I wanted a second opinion, which any responsible pet owner should be able to get without resistance, yet the clinic refused to send over his bloodwork and scans when requested. After a lot of back and forth, they finally sent the records--but unbelievably, they had scanned the wrong leg. This kind of error is completely unacceptable, especially when it leads to such a serious (and costly) diagnosis. It makes me question the accuracy of everything they told me. To make matters worse, they refused to offer any refund or even a credit despite their mistake and the stress they caused. Between the misdiagnosis, poor communication, and lack of accountability, I have zero confidence in their care. I strongly recommend others seek veterinary services elsewhere. *Go to Diamond Hill where they have empathy and compassion. *
