My dog had two spinal surgeries so I wanted to make sure he wasn't placed in any kennel during his visit, the staff listened and were super up front and informative. The interior facility looked nice, i would have gladly paid the additional cost for a big private area for them, but only general pupulstion was available. I was hesitant from the get go leaving my dogs here, the conditions looked like a puppy mill, but i was told that they have a vet onsite and that the conditions would be fine, lots of other dogs, etc, etc, etc.. well, with little other choice they were left. The staff is actually amazing. Everyone was helpful and nice, probably the best dog-sitters from a compassionate point of view. Unfortunately, much like multiple other reviews listed here, our dogs came home hurt, two had kennel cough, another had some form of bacterial infection and was on some form of medication for almost 3 months. I think the staff is wonderful to your pets, but the place must be filthy. I really wanted to like this place, as the staff was far better than the pet palace, but my dogs come back safe from pet palace and financially the pet palace is actually cheaper. Would have liked to have reviewed this with more stars, as they did help me out of a bind, but all said and done, i could have just taken them all with me. 1 extra star for the good kids working there.

Everything seemed fine aside from the $100 bill which I find to be astronomical especially considering I found a lovely new place/groomer for a FRACTION of the cost. When I brought my dog home I notice his eye was completely filled with blood. He was completely normal with zero issues when I dropped him off. I called to ask what happened and they had no response. They said everything was fine and they don't know what happened! It was unprofessional and lack any empathy as if I was the problem. Never going back. My new girl is wonderful and kind and calls me before she does anything to ensure I'm okay with it. It's a shame what B&B does.

You can't put a review on their website (shocking) so I'll just leave this here. Must say, I have…read morenever read the reviews on Yelp and am not surprised at what I've found. We have been taking our Wheaton Terriers here for almost a year. We always set the appointment for the full groom which initially cost $100.00 each which is pretty high, but it includes everything so we did it. Mutiple times have picked the dogs up and their nails were not trimmed, after noticing we reminded them when we dropped them off to clip their nails. Several months ago I made it an issue, i'm not ok with being shorted on services and I cannot do it myself (terrifies me, they have black claws). The girl assured me that the groomer that kept not doing the claws was no longer there. Next visit, I went to pay and there was an extra $20.00 on the bill. I asked why, and I was not notified that there was an increase in charges. She advised me that it was due to a "hike in shampoo costs". Apparently the business decided to go ahead and make a little extra off of the deal if this is even true. Today, my husband dropped the dogs off, reminded them to clip the nails. I just picked them up and much to my surprise my dogs' nails were still not trimmed. I expressed my disatisfaction and advised this happens all the time, the girl took them back to trim them but offered no apology or anything. Additionally, my younger dog was beyond distraught and she is the sweetest most loving dog...I don't know what is going on there but I do NOT recommend. There ARE other places to take dogs in the area, so keep looking. Also, my neighbor takes her dog there and I asked her about her experience without even telling her mine, and she had the SAME COMPLAINTS. Unacceptable. Go elsewhere! UPDATE: my dogs are still traumatized from whatever happened there yesterday and it is deeply upsetting. Also, soon after I posted this, I received multiple messages from someone at the buisiness, one of which stated "we can no longer provide service to your dogs" which is interesting because when asked to schedule my next appointment.......i advised them I would not be back. The person accused my puppy of biting the groomer which I was never advised about, accused me of wanting their claws clipped to the point where they bled, and also that "Yelp is a joke". Why, because they don't pick and choose only good reviews for you? If me and my dogs were such a problem, why were we offered another appointment and why am I just now hearing anything like this. I initially thought this was an issue of some bad luck with their grooming hires, however I'm now leaning toward the manager/owner is the root cause of the problem and may be just as cuckoo as a couple of the reviews elude to. She now has blocked me from Facebook, presumably to prevent me from posting a review.
