Despite an outrageous price increase, this store has not improved its customer service and is still a poor value. Over the years, we have tolerated long appointment times, delayed pick-up times, and grooming services that are not differentiated from other local groomers. TODAY I waited for over 15 minutes to check my dog in! The receptionist inexplicably left while the groomer consulted with the customer ahead of me. When the groomer was done, she left me alone in the "waiting" room. The receptionist soon returned and could not find the appointment for my dog! I will NEVER pay their prices when customers are so taken for granted. read more

Hi, I highly recommend Soggy Paws. I have 3 Bichons and they keep my pups looking good, and none have ever come back with a cut or limping from a bad nail clip. My pups get excited as we pull up..... that alone tells me a great deal. I have found the staff to also be very thoughtful and helpful. read more

I took my golden retriever, Lyric, to Soggy Paws this morning for his first grooming appointment here. He was a little skiddish as it was outside of his norm. The employees were so sweet to him. They did a fantastic job with our shy Sophie, who is a rescued mill momma and still learning how to be a dog. Getting in to seeing them only took a couple days, and they were very knowledgeable with Cavi cuts. I met both mother and daughter who are very pleasant people. However, where they groom and board dogs is behind closed doors that is not meant for others (except employees) to enter. I am highly skeptical of that. Also, every time my dog was groomed, when I picked him up, he would puke white foam. I am not sure how that happened, but the 2nd time I saw him do it after immediately leaving Soggy Paws, that was the last time I took him there. Again, the ladies are nice and prices are affordable, but small signs as such have made me well aware. read more

Love this place for our Bichon, Ivy Love. We are very particular about her care and safety in grooming. Found Soggy Paws, met Tracy and immediately felt the love she has for the pets. She is kind and her staff is very attentive. Tracy and Christina work hard to accommodate my schedule. The cuts are beautiful, Ivy is very clean and seems happy and anxious to go in when we pull up--good sign! The prices are very reasonable which allows me to take her on a regular basis for grooming. Very happy with the services there. Make sure your pet's shot record is up to date in order to be serviced there. This is a good precaution and the only groomer I have had that has insisted on this. We started using Soggy Paws about 2-3 months ago after we got fed up with our previous daycare facility. We were apprehensive at first, as anytime you change your animals routine it can be troublesome. We have a Havanese puppy named Rambo and let's face it, we spoil him. We took him in to visit Soggy Paws and from day one, we knew it was the right place for Rambo. When they say they treat your babies like their babies, they aren't lying. They made Rambo feel at home right away and he loves the place. Your dog will tell you pretty quick how he is being treated and Rambo is no different. The minute we pull up to Soggy Paws he couldn't be more excited. Their facilities are great, the staff is amazing, and I can't say enough good about this place. Bring your pets here, you won't be disappointed. read more

Took our darling Desi (Shih Tzu) to Soggy Paws twice. The last time was in February 2017. We will NEVER go back again. The first time we were there; it smelled so bad you could smell it before you even got inside. Owner said it was due to puppies and they hadn't had a chance to clean it up yet. Okay - I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here. She bathed and groomed our baby and we went back to pick him up within about three hours. Second time was and IS the last. In February we took him in and there was so much trash and debris on the floor behind the counter that it was about two and a half feet deep. They do indeed take the animals back behind closed doors and I too am skeptical. Seems rightfully so. Within three days of his last visit to Soggy Paws -- our baby started getting this flaky / yellowish stuff on his skin. At first we thought they just didn't rinse him good enough and it was just excess shampoo. So we gave him another bath with the shampoo WE regularly use and waited a week or so to see if it got better. It got WORSE!! He actually developed a skin infection. Had to take him to the vet. Vet says: he had an allergic reaction to whatever Soggy Paws used on him and then the infection set in. It's all over his skin, all over his little body, INSIDE his EARS!!! He has bumps and gross pustules that are oozing. I'm so PISSED!! Please do NOT take your furry family members to Soggy Paws!! They are nasty, dirty and sneaky!! read more

I have been a soggy paws customer for over a year. We take our dog in for daycare 2 times a week and he loves it. As they are losing their building and will no longer be offering daycare we had to find a new company to provide this service. We found one, and had taken our dog in for a half day to try the place out but were going to continue with Soggy Paws the last 2 opportunities before they closed. One of the members of Soggy Paws passed along some concerning information she said she had heard about the new company we had selected. We were happy for the warning and asked the new company about it. The owner immediately connected the concerns with a former employee involved with Soggy Paws. They then answered our questions very well and for us the matter was closed. Today, the second to last scheduled appointment for daycare, when the owners arrived to my dog and I already in the parking lot, they informed me that they had received an email from the new company and that they would not be accepting my dog for daycare. Now I do not know what was said in the past between the new company and their former employee, I do not know if the concern passed along to us was really heard or just an attempt to grind an ax against a former employer, and I do not know what was in that email, nor do I know why they choose to not call me but I do know that this will be the last time I ever work with them. I was late for work because I had to take my dog (who just wanted to play with other dogs and whined the whole way home) back home because they could not be bothered to pick up a phone. As we have only used their grooming service once or twice (and after that choose to pay elsewhere for a service that is free while he is in daycare, so we felt the grooming was not worth free....) this is not a concern to them and I believe part of the reason they did not care how rude they were to me. I would never again trust these rude, unprofessional and unreliable people with the care of a pet rock, let alone a living being. If you are looking for grooming, I would encourage you to instead look for a company with people you can trust. After this experience, I would not put any action beyond their realm. read more
