The first CS guy couldn't understand in three tries my question "Are you trained in this product?" He insisted that my question was if the product could be used for training. He gave me to another rep, who gave me to a third rep. Each of them insisted that they knew that my question has to do with using this product to train our cat. And not one of the three of them would let me speak until I started shouting. Understanding that this is not the place for me to deal with, I called the other small Wondercide retailer in my area (The Petcare Market in Lodi) and within 20 seconds the courteous and knowledgeable David answered all my questions and we're headed there to make a purchase. I'm really lucky that the third unhelpful Pet Supplies Plus rep hung up on me. Saved me from fainting from my blood pressure being pushed up so high trying to make myself be heard.

The staff at Reigning Cats & Dogs are incredibly friendly and attentive. They listened to my specific requests and made sure Beaux's grooming was tailored to his needs. He is a bit of a nervous pup but they handled him with care and patience, making the experience stress-free for both of us. Beaux's coat is now sleek and perfectly trimmed. At Petcare Market, the air carries the unmistakable promise of treats, toys, and the quiet understanding that dogs are the real customers. My human and I stopped in to browse, but the shop quickly proved to be much more than a typical pet store. The shelves were thoughtfully stocked with everything a dog and their human might need, from toys and treats to collars and accessories. The owners, Becca and her father David, greeted us with genuine warmth and the kind of easy conversation that makes a neighborhood shop feel like home. What surprised my human most was discovering that the store also houses a grooming space. Inside The Grooming Shoppe, dogs can enjoy full-service pampering or use the self-wash station for twenty dollars. My human chose the self-wash option, and the setup was comfortable, complete with shampoo, conditioner, towels, and scrub gloves. My nails were also clipped right there on the spot, which, frankly, was overdue. The visit turned into a small social gathering with other dogs and their humans stopping in. There were treats offered, friendly conversations, and even a look through the discount rack, where I was invited to conduct a brief taste test. In the end, we left cleaner, happier, and already planning our next visit.

This groomer came well recommended.and I liked that she's nearby and fairly easy to book. My dog had been 4weeks since a full session and I stated short cut with bangs. When I picked him up he was bald in several areas, all his 'feathers' and bangs severely chopped and irregular. The worse part is that he's traumatized and vulnerable ho sunburn. His hair will grow back of course and he can wear a t-shirt, but it will take a or longer to rebuild his spirit I was so stunned at pick-up that I let my husband pay the bill and left. We won't go here and and advise against this groomer.

Over the phone when I initially made the appointment. She told me she would be able to give my dog a haircut as well. When I said that price for that is ridiculous, she said she is 60 and needs the money. When I refused to pay 50 dollars for her to only cut my dogs nails and clean his ears, she rudely told me that she was busy and to take my dog elsewhere because my dog was not welcome here. I am shocked and upset that this woman was so rude to me and my dog. I will never come back here, and you are better off taking your dog to PetSmart to get groomed.

I've been a loyal D's customer and I've been bringing my dog here for years but I have to agree…read morewith another reviewer, that lately it's been a noticeably different experience lately. I've had almost the exact same situation where appointments have gone from 3 hours to almost 6.. I've been told in the past that my dog is good so they will let him wait so they can attend the ones that are less manageable first. While I understand that, my dog is only ever in a crate while at the groomer and I don't like that he's left in there for so long now. His appointments are always for 8:30am, so he's usually the first one there. The last time, we just had to go there at 2-2:30 after not hearing from them.. They do a good job on him but I can't leave him there for 6 hours anymore.. I've always loved D's, but I think they would benefit, as well as the dogs would benefit, from hiring more help. Another groomer and/or a dog washer and someone to answer the phones would probably bring them back up to par. I just think there are too many dogs and not enough people, so some things end up rushed or not done at all.
