They done such a good job on my babies. i had my cat groomed at 2 other places before i found Bark n Purr so i can compare the different. my old place cut their hair was choppy, uneven and even when i asked for their faces to be trimmed they barely done any of that. I didnt know better i thought that was a good job til i found this place. Due to corona virus you have to stay outside of the store and wait for them to come get your pet but it took them 2 second to come out and greet me. Used to bring my carrine terrier here every few months for a puppy cut. (Used to because she passed away) I loved the employees because she never came back with cuts or burns. GROOMS CATS!! My fat cat gets a lion cut here every couple of weeks. gets a bath, a shave and his nails cut. The groomer is a nice lady and does a great job. She only grooms cats during the week because she doesn't want them scared by all the dogs on the weekends, I appreciate her concern. It's a small store but she gets the job done right for a reasonable price. My mom now takes her 2 Persians here for lion cuts as well. read more

I made an appointment on the phone and was told it would be 35$. When we took him we had to pay 45$. The place did not look that clean after all. As far as I can see they are very nice people but did not do much on my dog eventough they charged me for 'puppy cleaning'. Ears are still the same, back of the legs as well. This pet Grooming establishment is a real dump. When you walk in the store it looks dingy and dirty, but you give the groomer the benefit of the thought. However, after she groomed my dog, I decided never to patronize this groomer again. My dog's hair looks chopped up and uneven. There is NO BETTER place to take your pets - they are by far the most caring in addition to having a great set up where your dog (or cat) can see the other dogs getting groomed and they aren't caged in another part of the shop wondering what's going on!! 4 Paws Up for Bark N Purr. I've taken my Persians to many local groomers. One of them nicked my cat and gave her an infection. I love Bark N Purr because the owner, Liz, is the groomer. Liz does an amazing job. You can tell that she is an animal lover and cares about each pet she grooms. She has now groomed 4 out of my 5 cats. (2 are now deceased but they were the first 2 she groomed for me.) One of my Persians has an autoimmune disease and needs more frequent grooming to keep the symptoms at bay. Liz, worked out a special cost for her so that I don't have to pay a fortune in grooming charges for a 3.5 pound cat. Liz has also come in on Sundays to groom my Mother's dog who also has an autoimmune disease called ITP, the dog cannot be near other animals because she can quickly catch infections that can be fatal to her. Liz keeps the place clean. It doesn't small like wet dog when you walk in. She works quickly and knows the appropriate haircuts for different breeds. I seen her dye hair for Halloween for some clients. I found my grooming home and won't be switching any time soon. read more

I've been a customer at Bark n Purr for awhile now , my dog was always difficult with all other groomers, when I first brought her here I was nervous not sure how she would be , she was very calm from the beginning as we walked in so that was a great sign.. When I picked her up the had not only bathed and givin her the best cut but amazingly were able to clean her ears, clipped nails and cleaned her teeth. No other groomer had gotten past the cut . I brought in my puppy for the first time. He has never looked as terrible. The shaved him in patches and cut unevenly. Also I found it off-putting that they don't bring him out until after you pay. Clearly they know you won't be happy or they would let you see him first. read more
