Holly was amazing and went above and beyond!…read more Holly was great with her communication before and during this process. We did a meet and greet a few weeks prior to Madison's first stay. From that moment on Holly was touching base with me so we could see that everything was coordinated but also just to say hello and say how much she was looking forward to Madison's stay. I definitely felt at ease knowing someone was caring for my fur baby the same way I would! I received videos, photos and daily updates during Madison's time with Holly. Madison has since seen Holly on a weekly basis for playtime and most recently spent a week with her while I was on vacation. Another fantastic experience! Holly is now my go to girl! I wouldn't want to leave or have anyone else helping out with my Madison!

She's settled back into our household beautifully, and her training has been going incredibly well. We practice her commands every day, and she's noticeably calmer, more responsive, and an absolute joy to take on walks. Overall, the time she spent away was well worth it. She came home with a solid foundation, and we've gained the knowledge and tools to continue reinforcing her training. We'll definitely be sending her back for boarding and refresher training while we're abroad later this year because we couldn't trust Juan and his team more. Juan has also been excellent with communication, always taking the time to answer our questions and provide guidance. We highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for quality dog training.

Let me start by saying I would give Juan and his team a 100/10, and here's why:…read more When I was looking for training for my 4-month-old Cavapoo, I did a lot of research before making a decision. From day one, Juan provided exceptional customer service. He was never pushy, took the time to explain the training process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was always easy to reach whenever I needed him. I ultimately chose the 5-week off-leash obedience program. As difficult as it was to leave my puppy for that long, it was absolutely worth it. My dog came home calmer, more confident, and with a much better understanding of commands such as stay, down, place, come, yes, and no. She listens significantly better and is clearly more focused and well-mannered. Oh and let me not forgot to mention she is now crate trained and potty trained. She now sleeps comfortably in her crate and understands that potty time happens outside. The facility itself is beautiful, private, and extremely clean. I also want to give a special shoutout to Dom for the incredible care and dedication he showed my dog during her stay. If you're considering professional training for your dog, I highly recommend reaching out to Juan and his team. The investment was one of the best decisions I've made for my dog. and I'm so grateful for the foundation they've helped build for her future.

When my husband's prior dog passed away we were thinking about not getting anymore dogs for a while…read morebut then I decided that I wanted to get my husband his dream dog, an English cream Golden Retriever. One rule was we were going to train her to be his service dog to help with mobility issues and we had to decide who to use to train her. We started off with the typical Petsmart training classes which were also great for what it was but knew we needed more. We called multiple trainers, had multiple consultations and no one we meshed with until we found Reymond. We started off with one class and even in the first class he gave us such amazing advice on training Hunny, techniques and was just a kind soul. We signed her up for private training lessons and he has helped Hunny to overcome some fears and training in real life vs a pet store. We were able to take her with us on a short Vegas trip where she was perfect. You tell me what young dog is able to lay down and settle at a Japanese Bbq place where all we are doing is grilling delicious meat and eating tons of food. So if you are wondering if you should hire Reymond and his company I am going to say yes, you won't regret it. A bonus is he also has group training classes that are very economical. With Reymond's help I know that Hunny will become an amazing service dog for my husband. Also, if ur lucky u get to pet his dog Pluto and give him some string cheese :)

We definitely recommend Andi!…read more We originally reached out to Andi for consultations regarding both of our Maltipoos, Kiki and Coco. During our initial phone consultation, Andi was incredibly honest and genuine. After learning more about our dogs, she felt that Kiki was the one who would benefit most from formal training and suggested that we could apply what we learned with Kiki to Coco as well. We really appreciated that she didn't try to upsell us on training for both dogs when she easily could have. That immediately showed us how much she genuinely cares about helping dogs and their families. At the time, Kiki was about six months old and was extremely reactive to just about everything in the outside world. We were looking for someone whose methods aligned with our values, and we loved Andi's positive reinforcement approach. Kiki completed Andi's six-week program, and the growth we've seen has been incredible. What sets Andi apart is that she isn't focused solely on teaching dogs tricks or obedience commands. She truly cares about each dog's emotional well-being and how they're feeling throughout the process. We learned so much--not just about Kiki, but about ourselves as dog owners. Andi helped us understand how our own behaviors and responses can shape our dogs, which was eye-opening and incredibly valuable. Of course, the work doesn't stop when the training sessions end. It takes consistency and ongoing practice at home, but Andi gave us the tools and confidence to continue building on Kiki's progress. The effort has been absolutely worth it. One of the best parts is that we were able to use many of the same training methods with our older Maltipoo, Coco, and she learned and benefited from them as well. Andi actively encouraged this, which we really appreciated. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and ethical trainer who truly puts dogs' well-being first, we wholeheartedly recommend Andi and Diamond Dog Training.

We brought our Samoyed, Ghost, to John for board-and-train when he was only about 4 months old…read more Now, about 7 months later, we finally wanted to leave a review because we've had plenty of time to see how the training actually holds up. John is a really great trainer, and we're very happy with the results. Before training, Ghost had a lot of typical puppy behaviors -- digging, biting and chewing slippers, getting into things he shouldn't, etc. After he came home, those behaviors were basically gone. What impressed us the most is that the training really lasted. Ghost has now gone through his teenage phase, which we were honestly expecting to be a little chaotic , but he's still such a good dog. He understands boundaries, listens well, and is very easy to live with. Looking back, sending him to John at 4 months old gave him a really strong foundation, and we can still see the difference 7 months later. We're really happy we did it and would definitely recommend John!
