Ringo completed…read moretheir 8-week Board and Train program in December 2024, and the results have been truly impressive. The program focused on comprehensive obedience, off-leash reliability, recall, and behavioral modification, all through individualized and consistent training tailored to Ringo's specific needs. Juan and the entire team are amazing--compassionate, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to understand Ringo and worked patiently to help him build confidence, improve behavior, and develop reliable obedience skills. It was clear throughout the process that they care deeply about every dog they work with. What stands out most is the level of professionalism combined with the love and attention they give each dog. I felt completely comfortable trusting them with Ringo, and the communication throughout the program was excellent. Even after training, I continue to bring Ringo there for daycare and boarding, which says everything about the confidence I have in their team and facility. Ringo is always happy to go, and I know he is safe, well cared for, and in great hands. If you are looking for a team that delivers real results while treating your dog like family, The DOGGO USA is the place to go. Our experience with The DOGGO USA has and continues to make a lasting difference in Ringo's life. We are grateful for everything they have done for him. Highly recommend The DOGGO USA to anyone seeking training, daycare, or boarding services.

We did the follow up course two weeks later to assess how the dogs were doing and correct any commands we were doing incorrectly. it was extremely helpful and I recommend it. The important thing to know is that you must reinforce the training at home. The dogs are still so much better behaved and walking them is still so much more enjoyable. Still happy with the training.

A few months back Raymond was recommended by our pet store and we left it for later hoping something would change and it didn't it became worse ... I finally called Rey and set up an appointment for training from the moment he arrived I felt relieved Oreo was responsive and quickly got with the program. Today was a huge day for Oreo and I! We met with Rey and other dogs with their parents there was a lot of anxiety and nervousness in the beginning, but within half session Oreo was comfortable walking around other doggie friends and around people in a fulled open concept mall. This is just the beginning and can't wait to see Oreo develop to his full potential and fully enjoy walks and adventures together! Thank you so much Rey!

When my husband's prior dog passed away we were thinking about not getting anymore dogs for a while…read morebut then I decided that I wanted to get my husband his dream dog, an English cream Golden Retriever. One rule was we were going to train her to be his service dog to help with mobility issues and we had to decide who to use to train her. We started off with the typical Petsmart training classes which were also great for what it was but knew we needed more. We called multiple trainers, had multiple consultations and no one we meshed with until we found Reymond. We started off with one class and even in the first class he gave us such amazing advice on training Hunny, techniques and was just a kind soul. We signed her up for private training lessons and he has helped Hunny to overcome some fears and training in real life vs a pet store. We were able to take her with us on a short Vegas trip where she was perfect. You tell me what young dog is able to lay down and settle at a Japanese Bbq place where all we are doing is grilling delicious meat and eating tons of food. So if you are wondering if you should hire Reymond and his company I am going to say yes, you won't regret it. A bonus is he also has group training classes that are very economical. With Reymond's help I know that Hunny will become an amazing service dog for my husband. Also, if ur lucky u get to pet his dog Pluto and give him some string cheese :)

I am so so grateful for John and Sara for helping my sweet boy, Sully. Sully initially came into my…read morehome as a foster dog. As he settled in my home, he became increasingly aggressive towards other people -- friends, family, and strangers alike, whether in the home or outside of the home. Sully was even aggressive towards my husband, and it felt like I was at a loss. I needed to do something before he actually ended up hurting someone. After explaining what was happening with Sully with the organization I was fostering from, they said they would need to put him down for the safety of the community. I couldn't let that happen, so I decided to keep him and find professional help. This is where John came in. After doing research online, I came across his Yelp page, where there were raving reviews of him helping aggressive dogs, so I took a chance. On his first day meeting John, Sully growled, hissed, and lunged at John. Sully tried to bite both him and me. John spent about an hour with me explaining what was going to happen and some training basics, and honestly, it was hard for me to focus because I was so nervous of Sully hurting someone in the moment. John was very patient, and showed me 5x how to hold a leash properly because I just couldn't focus from nervousness. I've never seen Sully so aggressive, and John explained it's because it was the first time someone was checking him and keeping him in his place. Sully stayed with John for a little over two weeks, and in that time, they went on ADVENTURES. I mentioned to John that Sully was afraid of water, aggressive with strangers, and other very specific things, and John made sure to tackle all of them. He sent me pictures and videos of his adventures throughout their time together. They went on a ferry, hiked to a waterfall, and so so much more. When there was a concern or something to celebrate, John was sure to communicate with us what was going on. In addition, due to personal circumstances, we needed to have Sully stay with John a few more days, and John was so understanding and accommodated us. I finally have my sweet boy back, and I see so much of a difference. He is calmer, more responsive, and he's running through my sprinklers now. LOL. It still takes him a bit to warm up to other people, but he's not as on guard or on edge as he was before. I'm excited to continue his progress at home, and I'm sure we will see John and Sara for future stays! Here are just a few of my favorite pictures of his adventures with John and Sara. :)

Usually I'm able to get in and out whether I'm ordering online or simply walking in. This afternoon was quiet. Not too many shoppers. 3 registers had associates with customers. I forgot the groomers name but she was so sweet and asked if I wanted the teddy bear cut which leaves the face and paws fluffy, which the groomer did and my pup looked great. Also her nails were trimmed. This time I booked with Amanda. The person who helped me when I arrived wasn't Amanda and asked if I wanted to have nail filing , I said sure if it's included (there was never a mention of an additional price). I also mentioned I wanted my pup to have the teddy bear cut to which the young lady said okay (assuming she knew what it was and would tell the groomer). When I picked her up 4 HOURS LATER (last time it was 2), they charged me an extra 25$ on top of the 45$ for the groom. I said I never agreed to that price. The manager thankfully removed the charge. But what's worse is my dog didn't have the teddy bear cut. As a matter of fact, she was just buzzed all the way around, including her face, like if no effort was made to attempt the teddy bear cut. Her nails are also still long, filled at the tips but not cut down. I was already in a hurry and didn't feel like complaining at that time and wanted to get out of there. But I'll never be going back. I'll be trying petco in South Gate next time. Definitely do your research before taking your pup here.

Amazing Training for My Belgian Malinois!…read more I can't recommend PRK9 Dog Training enough! My Belgian Malinois was full of energy and needed structure, and the trainers at PRK9 worked wonders. Their methods are effective, professional, and tailored to high-drive breeds like Malinois. After just a few sessions, my dog's obedience improved dramatically--better focus, recall, and impulse control. Priscilla clearly understands working dogs and provided me with the tools to maintain progress at home. If you have a Malinois (or any high-energy dog), PRK9 is the place to go. Five stars--absolutely worth it! Best money I ever spent

Before Priscilla, our dog would bark and lunge at any dog she would see, pull on the leash, get overly excited with visitors, and it pretty much became a challenge to bring her out to new places. We honestly didn't know much about dog training and had tried previous methods on our own and even a different dog training facility before we found Priscilla. After a 2 week board and train with Priscilla, katsu is no longer reactive to other dogs and we can walk her with ease, have people over, and take her out in public more often. This training helped us immensely when it came time to have our baby and now toddler... we continue to use all our training learned even 2 years later! Each dog is different and Priscilla did a great job assessing Katsu from the get go, and her balanced training methods were the best thing we could have done for our pup. The biggest thing is to remember no matter where you send your dog for training, you as the owner have to be responsible and continue the training even when you bring your dog home. Priscilla did a great job setting the foundation for both us as the owners and our pup to have a successful future together by helping us learn how to train while building a strong and trustworthy relationship. 2 years later from Katsu's original board and train stay, we still keep in touch with Priscilla to board katsu when we are away. During boarding, Priscilla helps to brush up on training skills, expose her to new and exciting environments and properly socialize her with other trained dogs. That is key! She is helping your dog further sharpen their own skills, and socializing with trained dogs - not just any random dog that might ruin your established training. I find this more beneficial and well worth the boarding cost when compared to other boarding facilities! We are so glad we found Priscilla and highly recommend her to anyone to train their pups!
