We are so thrilled to have found Pet Sit Pros. We had no idea that this type of service existed and…read morewe were always relying on our friends and family. This past weekend, we went out of town and our friend pet sitter last minute could not take care of our (3) fur babies. Panicking, we reached out on Yelp, and Pet Sit Pros came out on top because of their fast responses and very reasonable prices. They were even able to accommodate a quick turnaround meet and greet to make sure it was a good fit which eased our anxiety even more as our husky could be a handful if they are with a non experienced husky dog walker. Our husky and two cats loved them as we saw in the photos, which were sent every session along with a session recap. When we returned, they were as good as if we never left! Our house was also clean as they cleaned up our husky's wet pad. Big shout out to Fernando, Vanessa, and Jason who allowed us to enjoy our family trip by taking care of our fur babies!

I can't recommend Pet Sit Pros enough. I reached out to three pet-sitting companies before a…read moreweek-long trip, and they were the only ones who even responded. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly caring. I have an older dog named Sammie who can be a little set in her ways, but Meg and Nina Marie were so gentle and thoughtful with her. They came every day to feed her, take her on walks, and sent me updates with photos and texts after every visit. I could tell Sammie felt completely safe with them. She waited by the door every day for their arrival (as seen on the Ring camera), which melted my heart. They also helped with little things around the house, like rolling in the trash cans, and I came home to a perfectly clean and calm home. Jay, the owner, is extremely responsive and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even smoother. If you're looking for someone to care for your pets the way you would, this is your team. I felt totally at ease knowing Sammie was in such capable, loving hands.

Very Disappointing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with this dog boarding/daycare facility. We had used it before without issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Our dog stayed there from June 25 through July 9, 2026, with daycare twice a week. When we picked him up on July 9, we discovered a significant hole in his ear. No one had contacted us, and the receptionist said no injury was documented in his file. Staff could not explain what happened or identify which dog may have caused it. We were directed to the facility's veterinary hospital, where our dog had to be sedated, stitched, and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. He also had to wear a cone for three weeks. We were charged for the medications and requested reimbursement from both the veterinary hospital and daycare and yes we were reimbursed. The daycare offered only 10% off a future boarding stay and two free daycare days. We have no interest in returning and no longer trust this facility with our dog's care. Accidents can happen, but an injury requiring sedation, stitches, medication, and three weeks in a cone should have been documented and reported immediately. Instead, our dog is now missing part of his ear. This experience revealed serious failures in supervision, communication, documentation, and accountability.

We have an 8 year old terrier mix who loves people, but has trouble getting along with other dogs…read more We tried another local dog training business and were really disappointed with the service and decided to call GOfetch. From our very first session with Carley, we were impressed. She's a great teacher, our dog loves her, we're learning a lot, and our dog is already more relaxed at home with other family dogs and out on walks. We're excited to continue our sessions with Carley and to join some group walks. We're happier, our dog is happier, and we're so grateful. Do yourself a favor and call her!

When I came in, she was just as welcoming in person, which immediately made the experience feel comfortable and positive. The groomer was also incredibly friendly. She took the time to meet Milo, get to know him, and ask me questions before taking him back. Milo can be a little anxious (that's just my boy! ), but she kept me informed throughout the process, which I really appreciated. It helped ease my own anxiety too. Most importantly, Milo was treated so well. He came back looking great, happy, and not scared at all. That says everything to me. I'll definitely be coming back for grooming services. I was a little anxious and forgot to get the groomer's name, but I'm really hoping we get her again next time!

Should your dog continue to try to play with other dogs they will call you and let you know that the dog will be in their room for the remainder of the day. This place needs to be investigated for animal welfare practices. Never have I ever heard so many people talk about how much they love dogs only for their actions to show differently. AVOID ALL WAG HOTELS AS IM SURE THIS IS THEIR COMMON PRACTICE.

I've now attempted to tour this facility twice during the hours listed on your website…read more The first time, I was turned away because it was a "holiday week." However, it was a Saturday, and the actual holiday was not until Monday. Wanting to avoid another wasted trip, I called this morning to confirm that tours were being conducted and nothing was needed like an appointment. The person I spoke with confirmed that tours were available between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., which matches the information posted on your website. When I arrived, I was informed that I could not go on a tour because the manager was not there and had to take a dog to the veterinarian. Apparently, no other staff member was able to conduct a tour. However, nowhere on the website does it state that tours are dependent on a specific individual being present or that only the manager is authorized to conduct them. Had that information been disclosed, I could have avoided making a second unnecessary trip. When I explained to the front desk employee that I had specifically called this morning to confirm tours before making the drive, she suggested that I may have spoken with a call center because she had been the only person answering phones all morning. I clarified that I had been transferred directly to the South Bay/Carson location and confirmed that this was the location I called. She repeated that she had been the only person answering phones. I then asked what I could do differently next time, since this was now the second time I had been turned away despite following the information provided. Her advice was to call ahead and specifically ask for the South Bay location--which is exactly what I had already done. When I asked if there was a direct phone number for the location so I could avoid this issue in the future, I was told there wasn't one. At this point, I will not be returning. Being turned away twice despite making a good-faith effort to verify tour availability reflects a lack of organization, communication, and courtesy toward prospective clients. If a facility cannot provide consistent information to prospective customers, it raises concerns about reliability and the overall experience I could expect if I entrusted my dog to their care.
