They use an app that is easy to navigate, and they provide clear updates during their visits (you get notifications when the walker arrives and departs, photos and a written note about how it went, a map showing their walk route, and a checklist of the tasks that the walker completed). Their prices are also reasonable. It's a relief to have such a wonderful option for my dog when I'm out of the house for a longer period of time; I recommend!

Our two dogs have been going to daycare regularly for two years. Daycare with pickup and drop off! It is such a game changer having them able to be picked up or dropped off when we're at work. And one of our dogs hates regular car rides, but does fine in the van since it's basically a super cool and safe dog-mobile. Everything started out great with Yo! Dog, and it just continues to get better - the space expanded, the vans upgraded. They're super cognizant about the weather...if it's hot there's tons of shade and misters and extra time inside the AC. We have two dogs - one is a pretty high needs senior dog, and he's treated with extra care and still gets to run around with the young dogs. Everything feels safe and well run and by the book (thorough vetting process of dogs, up to date vaccinations, etc), and yet at the same time it's all so chill and fun. It starts with Bob and extends to everyone who works there. A really great group of people who absolutely adore all the dogs. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and loving with our pups, and it was so obvious how comfortable and happy they were with him. In fact, I think it's safe to say they are now completely obsessed with Rhett. It means so much to us to know they were not just being well cared for, but were getting so much genuine affection and attention while we were gone. Being away from the pups can always make us a little anxious, and Rhett's updates continually reassured us that they were happy, comfortable and in great hands. We were able to actually relax and enjoy our time away because of him. That alone tells me everything I need to know. When I'm out of town, I never worry. Roxane treats my dog like her own -- she even lets him sleep in her bed, which speaks volumes about the level of care and love she gives. While there she runs, plays, snuggles, hangs out on the couch, and sleeps...wherever she wants. We leave her there knowing she is being taken care of. They share loads of pictures, provide updates, and are always responsive to texts. Lauren is overly accommodating! As our pup ages, she's more interested in humans than other dogs. Every counselor spends special time with her and indulges her repeated requests for snuggles and love. I deleted my initial review - however I am extremely shaken up from my experience that was far from…read morenormal. During a scheduled walk, the walker lost my house keys, which had my full address labeled on them. I was in therapy and unable to respond for about 30 minutes. When I did, I had to explain that the keys were labeled with my address; only then did the company bring up calling a locksmith. As a result, my 10-year-old dog was left outside with the walker for an hour, and would have been outside for much longer if a friend hadn't picked him up. It took 3 hours to resolve this issue. The company did pay for the locksmith, but communication was limited unless I initiated it in regard to status of the locksmith, and the owner said she would look for the keys but did not. I was also charged a cancellation fee on a separate day, despite explaining I cancelled because my grandmother had passed away and I had stayed home from work. They also charge $10 extra for "a late booking". Based on this experience and the safety concerns involved, I would not use this service again. The owner communicated with me respectfully but again my safety (single woman living alone) and my dog's safety were jeopardized - while the issue was resolved I'm shocked it happened in the first place. I'm sure this company delivers great services outside of this mistake but I can't keep this to myself as it was extremely upsetting and has NEVER happened in my 10 years of being a dog owner using multiple services.
