Lauren and her team are great! They have such a friendly team who treat the dogs like their own! We feel so comfortable leaving our Frenchie there because we know he is in the best hands! Lauren has over 25 years experience and it truly feels like you're leaving your pup in a home, which you are! Our boy was so happy after we picked him - he had a blast!

In all honesty, we had lost hope and didn't really know what to do anymore, Kristen reassured us that with proper training things could get better. We sent our dog for an eight week board and train program and he came back a brand new pup! The effectiveness of her training truly blew us away! 10/10 experience, she's very knowledgeable and patient you can tell she really cares about the animals she trains.

People would literally come out of their homes to see what was happening. After nine months, seven different trainers (yes, seven), and wasting a ridiculous amount of money, I felt helpless. With our honeymoon just a few weeks away and nowhere to board him, I tried a couple Rover daycare places that also did boarding, but we were turned away because of his reactivity. Desperate and super sad for him, I scoured the internet for trainers and dove into every single review. That's when I came across Kristin of Cognitive Dogs and decided to reach out. I was skeptical after so many disappointments, but during our consultation, she was so thorough, patient, and confident in her abilities that I decided to schedule an 8-week board and train. In the weeks leading up to when we handed Charlie off to her, she sent very thorough, organized emails with instructions on what to pack and what to expect. During the training, she answered texts promptly, sent photos and progress videos, and kept us updated without overdoing it. It was clear her focus was on actually training my dog, not just sending staged pictures and video updates. When she brought Charlie back, I was nervous but hopeful. The difference was unbelievable. He's still the same silly boy, but now he's attentive, obedient, and can calmly handle seeing and passing by other dogs. His leash manners and overall confidence have completely transformed him into the dog I could only dream of since we rescued him almost a year ago. Kristin's program is the only one that truly worked for us, and I can't recommend her enough. Dog training is always an investment, but this one is absolutely worth it.

She was recommended to me when I was struggling to find someone to help with my then 11-year old dog Max, who is in diapers 24/7 and has special diet needs. Noemi keeps him clean and happy by changing his diapers AND she even washes his diapers and has sewn and mended his washable diapers, so I can use them longer. When Max was diagnosed with diabetes, she stepped up and when I needed her to watch Max, she also, on top of the diapers, started feeding him a specialized diet and giving him insulin shots twice daily. She goes above and beyond and treats you like family. Max LOVES Noemi. Max typically doesn't react well to being left somewhere, but he doesn't even notice when I leave him at the Doggie Hotel! He loves it there so much and gets so excited to see Noemi. He loves rolling around in her beautifully maintained yard, and I like that it is secure and gated. Her garden is gorgeous; she has even given me many delicious avocados! Typically, I drop Max off in the morning before work, and I pick him up on the way home. However, I don't know what I would have done without Noemi during my big projects at work. Max at times has ended up staying with her for nearly two weeks. She is so accommodating and kind. I highly recommend the Doggie Hotel. Noemi loves and is great with dogs, has a flexible schedule to accommodate yours, and has a great, safe space dogs love. I'm so grateful for Noemi and the Doggie Hotel!

But soon she started showing up 20-25 minutes late almost every week. Today she was an hour and a half late, without even calling or texting me. When I called her, she hadn't even left the daycare yet. Completely unprofessional. When I tried to politely adjust the pickup time, instead of apologizing, she was rude, argumentative, and gave me nasty looks. On top of that, a couple of years ago, she actually scratched my hand badly while taking my dog's leash -- my hand bled and took weeks to heal. Clients choose you, not the other way around. I refuse to ever use this service again. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unsafe.

Again, alone and unsupervised no toys in sight only a stretch bed like the ones you see at shelters. I called to pick him up the day before and was told my name was not on the list even though the rescue had given them my name when my foster dog was dropped off. The mixup meant he ended up having to stay there one more night given that they can't be easily reached on the phone after 5pm. When I showed up to get him, this woman, who has a really hard time understanding English, tells me he didn't come with a harness or leash when I know he did since he left my house and was taken there directly. She says no he didn't and I say yes he did. More phone calls and wait, she brings out a leash that was not his and I had to show her pictures of him wearing the harness and leash so she could finally locate them. He was also supposed to have been groomed but smelled worse than when he went in. To top it all off, I was told that because he was a rescue, he wasn't allowed to interact with the other dogs there, something that wasn't communicated to the rescue. So this was basically the same as being at a shelter again for another week only they charged $500. Horrible experi
