The whole team is knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and they love and care for every dog as if it were their own personal dog. Training - Sam, CaNine's trainer, is the best in the country! She helped me get my life back with my 2 pups by my side and now we are able to do EVERYTHING together! I recently went to a restaurant that didn't allow dogs in the outdoor tent dining area, but because my 2 were so well behaved they made an exception to the rule! So yes, she has helped me to achieve one of my dreams - doing everything with my dogs! Boarding - CaNine staff are now the only people I trust to leave both of my dogs with while I'm away. It's a safe environment with alarm systems and security and when my dogs are there I know they're being treated like royalty in an environment that is safe for them. Day camp - I have 2 pit bull mixes and they're FULL of energy! They come home completely exhausted from playing with all their friends!! They do report cards so you know how your dog enjoyed camp and who they played with. Grooming - Amy and her grooming staff are again the best in the country!! The best cuddle sessions with my pups are after they've been groomed by CaNine - they bring "feeling silky" to a whole new level!! The #1 thing that I've experienced with CaNine is their honesty, integrity, honorability, and their desire to give your pup a happy, safe experience while welcoming them into the CaNine family. Well that did NOT work out as my Yorkie the second dog is feisty. She did groom her once, and I assumed she would do it again, so when I called to make an appointment. I didn't get a call back. So I called again and said I don't know if you are ill, or on vacation but would like to set up another appointment for Sophia & Stella as I will be moving and want to get one more groom in before I move. No response again. Now my groomer ALWAYS got back to me. So, I called again and said, I assume you do not want groom Stella the Yorkie, but will you do one last groom for Sophia and you always said she was such a good dog. Again, no response. My last call to Wiggle Butts was that I thought how she handled this situation was not right. She could have called me back and stated she is too feisty but she didn't. That is NOT how a business handled PROBLEMS. I was not mad at she always did good with Sophia. I paid her prices and tipped properly. So my advice if you have a dog that is not feisty this is a good place to go, but if you have one that is, ignore this business with the plague as they do not RESPOND to your calls.

I took my maltese here for boarding and grooming for almost 16 years (my dog just passed). In this time the cost for a grooming only went up three dollars and some change! I was always happy with his cut and reasonable time it took for him to be groomed. Amy used to groom him, she was the best. My dog always came out with a big smile on his face. The staff are ALL beyond kind and considerate towards my dog and I. I boarded him at least once or twice a year (for 10 days) in the suites with the webcams. You must book early for these on holidays. I loved checking in on him and watching him play in the doggie day care (while I missed him on vacation). The staff are attentive to any medications and/or dietary needs, and will call you if there are any major problems while boarded. This business is so great that there is a strong following of people who keep it really busy, so plan ahead for a grooming and boarding. It will be worth it. I totally recommend Pet Spas and Suites. They are so personable and caring. This isn't run like a corporate pet store where you never see the same people again the next time you come in, the crates are half the size at the corporate chain pet store. I went once and they were rude. I had a friend whom the corp. chain didn't take notes on her dog who had a hip problem (nor did they listen to the owners) and the dog ended up getting hurt- requiring surgery- costing thousands of dollars and pain and suffering to her dog. That would never happen at Pet Spa. It will be sometime before I get another pup but I know where I'll be taking him/her when I do. I will miss the Pet Spa & Suites family until then. Thank you for all the love you gave my dog Caesar and the beautiful things you did to honor his life after he passed. They meant the world to me.

I made an appointment at the Clifton Park Petco to have our two and a half year old long-haired Chihuahua get his first professional grooming since we had been there two or three times to have his nails cut. We had always trimmed his coat ourselves. So off to Petco we went. But I had mistakenly made an appointment at PetSmart in Clifton Park! So we went to PetSmart in Clifton Park and didn't know what to expect since we had never been there before and this was the first time our dog was having this done. When we came back a few hours later our dog was the best he has ever looked! An amazing job by a young woman named Amanda. She did exactly what we asked her to do. Looks like our days of trimming Chip's nails and cutting his hair are over.

When we checked his bottom we found he had razor burn all over it! Needless to say we won't be going back. If you are an experienced groomer you know if your razor is too hot and you know if you are too close to the skin. I feel so bad knowing he was being hurt while getting groomed. He's old and special attention should have been paid to him. I know he didn't just stand there, he was probably whining and trying to move and get away. I wish I could say the service was as good as back in 2018 but without Chloe there it has really gone down hill.
