So, I called again and said, I assume you do not want groom Stella the Yorkie, but will you do one last groom for Sophia and you always said she was such a good dog. Again, no response. My last call to Wiggle Butts was that I thought how she handled this situation was not right. She could have called me back and stated she is too feisty but she didn't. That is NOT how a business handled PROBLEMS. I was not mad at she always did good with Sophia. I paid her prices and tipped properly. So my advice if you have a dog that is not feisty this is a good place to go, but if you have one that is, ignore this business with the plague as they do not RESPOND to your calls.

There was no adjusting it. The one that's lower to the ground on the left literally doesn't even have the adjustment dials. The taller one on the right has the adjustment knobs, but they don't work. We even asked an employee to make sure and she wasn't able to adjust the temperature either. I'm not going to subject my dog to hot water to get a bath. That's ridiculous. There is also no drainage system. The water just dumps out onto the ground. It soaks the ground and your shoes. The splash from the water hitting the floor also soaks your shoes. This is an absolutely atrocious Pet Supplies Plus. Do not go here to bathe your dog.

They take detailed notes on the specific needs of my dog, and take the time to really understand how to best care for her. My dog has some separation anxiety, and I'm sure it doesn't help that I'm a helicopter mom, but the sitter did an amazing job looking after her and she is so happy to see them each time! At the end of each visit, they send a recap of how it went and send pictures! It's almost as detailed as a kiddo's daycare recap (I have compared haha).
