She communicated clearly and accommodated my scheduling needs, including my dog's haircut timing. This was my puppy's first grooming, and Addison handled it with impressive patience and care. She sent me multiple progress photos and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The grooming itself was fantastic--exactly what I asked for, and the cut was beautiful. Pricing was fair, and I was so impressed that I ended up giving Addison a significant tip for the outstanding service. I'm already planning to return every month to see her. On top of grooming, I learned they offer training, and I'm waiting to hear back from the trainer to schedule. While the drive is a bit long from home, I'm more than willing to make the trip for this level of service--it's becoming rare to find such thoughtful and high-quality care. If you're looking for a caring, communicative groomer who delivers great results and makes the process easy for both you and your pup, Addison is a standout choice. Highly recommend!

I took advantage of being a new customer and received a free day pass for doggy day care. In preparation for a upcoming travel, I dropped her off for the day, which included an assessment. Unfortunately Sora was not ready to be in general population and spent her day in a private room with scheduled independent playtime. The following week, I arranged daily boarding so Sora could be home every night. I called or texted daily to check on her. The staff was always quick to respond, providing detailed info to put me at ease. My husband would also provide me with nightly updates. The progress Sora had over the week, was amazing! She was able to build a heightened level of confidence that included daily excitement during her morning drop offs. I stopped by for a visit after my return, and I was happy to see she had made human friends that shows her a great deal of love. I 100% trust our Sora Belle to stay at PetSuites, where she will receive the expected level of care, treatment and love as if she was at home.

In addition to the euthanasia fee of $197, I had requested an individual cremation, with return of the ashes, and was charged $475 for this. This seemed high, but in a stressful situation, I trusted that I was fairly being charged the going rate for this area. Days later, I decided to check with 12 other local vet offices to get their quotes for similar cremation services. Quotes ranged from $198 to $301! I contacted Julie, the Windermere hospital manager to see if there was a mistake on my bill. She said the fee was correct, attributed the high price to the cremation service they used, and wouldn't make any adjustment to my bill. When I received my cat back and saw the name of the cremation service on the paperwork, it turned out to be the same one used by 2 of the other practices that quoted me a price of just under $220!
