We love Dr. Flory and crew at Nora Vet. Alfie's bff Kerbee does too! Everyone has a great attitude and is professional. We had a diabetes scare resulting in seizures and I truly feel Nora Veterinary clinic saved Alfie's life. They also always know us by name and are flexible about getting us in whenever we need to go. Small town feel in the city. We love it.

I took advantage of being a new customer and received a free day pass for doggy day care. In preparation for a upcoming travel, I dropped her off for the day, which included an assessment. Unfortunately Sora was not ready to be in general population and spent her day in a private room with scheduled independent playtime. The following week, I arranged daily boarding so Sora could be home every night. I called or texted daily to check on her. The staff was always quick to respond, providing detailed info to put me at ease. My husband would also provide me with nightly updates. The progress Sora had over the week, was amazing! She was able to build a heightened level of confidence that included daily excitement during her morning drop offs. I stopped by for a visit after my return, and I was happy to see she had made human friends that shows her a great deal of love. I 100% trust our Sora Belle to stay at PetSuites, where she will receive the expected level of care, treatment and love as if she was at home.

The whole interaction made me uncomfortable. The Man kept trying to take my dog without understanding what I wanted. He then said he will send me a photo (which helped reassure me) but I left feeling anxious (which I should have turned away then). Dan the whole beard away. They didn't charge me but regardless with this bread it's a Possibly the hair won't grow back. The uneven cut was horrible. I mainly wanted just the man parts cleaned up and a little bit of clean up.. not a hair cut but a trim, The lady called me and told tell me I told the groomer the type of job I wanted. I said, "why would I ask the groomer to butcher my dogs hair? Has he ever cut Pomeranian hair?" When I asked what happens if my dogs hair doesn't grow back because you gave him a bad haircut, they said that it should go back. I asked them again, they said "well we would be sorry if it didn't"

I just stopped going on vacations after that. :( Then I found Katy the K9 Keeper! Katy and her husband are so warm and welcoming, and they immediately make you feel like you and your pup are part of their family. The first time Roxy stayed with them, Katy knew I was worried about how she would do. She sent me photos and text updates during my trip--totally unprompted!--so my mind would be at ease and I could enjoy vacation. Roxy has stayed with them several times since then, and she's always SO excited when I pull in the driveway. There are always a few other fun dogs to play with, and they have a great backyard for ZOOMIES! They work with you to coordinate drop-off and pick-up times that are convenient for your schedule, and they have a frequent stay punchcard that you can use to earn free nights. I feel like this setup is 1000x better than the traditional boarding model. Now I can go out of town without worrying or feeling guilty about boarding my dog!

There is a large outdoor play area, indoor space and a small dog area. The check-in is easy, especially if you download the app first. The staff is great and there's a "ruff-eree" that walks around to maintain order and helps keep the play area clean. There are poo bags stationed liberally around the facility so picking up after your dog is easy. We had fun interacting with the other clients and their dogs. Usually there is a food vendor onsite but were between vendors when I went. I was able to carry in whatever wanted and was told DoorDash was OK, too. I didn't have a chance to check out the bar, which is a pay by ounce but several of my guests did and commented on the variety offered. There are many picnic tables and chairs for humans to gather and a mix of natural and artificial turf for the dogs to play. My friends and I have talked about going back, despite the distance for some of us. It's worth the drive. This is a great day out for dog people-fun for your dog and a chill vibe for dog parents.

I'm so happy I decided to check it out today for the first time to experience "Puppy Yoga." The event featured adoptable puppies through Far Fetched a foster based rescue in Indianapolis. "Trinket," a three-legged Greyhound stole the show! She even found a mat of her own to lounge on. Yoga was facilitated by Amanda Denny Meyer of Within You Without You--although most of us cuddled with the puppies rather than posing in downward facing dog. I'm looking forward to returning to Crate Escapes for other fun events in the future! It's a great place for adults and dogs to socialize. So much more than just a dog park. It's a really unique opportunity just to hang out in this space with dogs everywhere and the option to have food and drinks with other dog lovers. Please consider adopting before you shop around or seek out a breeder. There are so many amazing rescue dogs who need a good home. Also spay and neuter your pets please and thank you!!
