I went in over the weekend because I wanted to get shoes for my dog since there's a lot of salt and ice on sidewalks. I usually avoid this store even though it's close to my house because I've had poor service on a few occasions over the past year, but every store was out of dog boots (PetSmart, REI, Zamzow's). So I walked in and the same indifferent employee I've come across before was at the register, on her cellphone. I asked her if they had shoes and while holding her phone, she says she doesn't know because she hasn't been there in a week and shouts to another employee to ask if they have shoes. On previous occasions, one or two employees will be chatting with their friends near the register and their backs to the customers. I didn't buy anything but I won't be going back anytime soon. I wonder if the manager actually watches the floor because it's the same employees that could care less about customer service and if you look at other yelp or google reviews, it's a common theme. read more
