I had phone problems so repeatedly told her to call my husband's phone- She wrote it on the sheet and assured me she would call that number. After 4 hours my husband called Petsmart to check on our fur baby. He was told that they called the number on file over an hour ago. We rushed to pick up our dog and as they brought him out - they said we need a couple of minutes and they told me to step out of the salon. Apparently he was crated and had a nervous bowel movement but he was left to sit in it- so they shaved his butt and then used a cleaning cloth (with alcohol) on his butt. They told me to step out but I could still hear him crying loudly. He was shaved on his butt to the skin- I was beyond upset. I will not be using Petsmart in the future in Appleton and I will tell everyone I know about this terrible experience

I've had dogs all my adult life, but always got young (~8 weeks) puppies and trained from day 1. 3…read moremonths ago, we adopted a dog from HEA and shea was (we thought 4-5 mold, but according to our vet probably twice that). Not near,h as tractable as a newborn! It quickly became evident I didn't know how to re-train out of bad habits and my neighbor highly recommended Lori, although she is about a half hour away. I am so very, very glad I listened, not inexpensive but worth every penny. We went with the 4 week 4-hour drop off (pawrents get instruction at pickup). Our girl learned a LOT - as did I - and I have been semi-diligent in following instructions at home with good effect! Any lack in current control is because I have slacked and like to use the excuse of my older bulldog getting jealous and in the way as to why I haven't consistently exhibited due diligence. Despite all that, the core training has made Blueberry one of the most obedient and happiest dogs I have ever had. There are some follow-up group classes that we will be attending (and were included in our package) that we will be utilizing. Blue was happy to go there, happy with Lori (and her wonder dog Aoefa). For a dog that was skittish and afraid of her own shadow, the difference is enormous and absolutely attributable to Lori and Lessons That Last..
