I went with Rover's because of the customer service that I received over the phone. I didn't get her name but she walked me through the entire process & gave we a layout of how his first day should look like. Hank is a super active 1 year old lab/hound. In CA, he attended dog-daycare (Camp Bow Wow) 3 times out of the week, so I knew this was going to be an easy adjustment. Anyways, today was his first day, & the ladies up in the front had amazing customer service. They were friendly & again, walked me through the process. They made sure to answer my questions & concerns & also made Hank comfortable. Thank you for a great transition & comfort! I didn't worry at all today!

Don't proclaim to be "dog friendly" if you have aggressive unleashed dogs roaming the store, that as owners you cannot control. I work with dogs on a daily basis and know their body language and behavioral cues well. This little dog was baring teeth, charging, and snapping at my dog who stood there innocently. Will not be going back....and those with dogs planning to go inside, tread with caution.

Nice tiling throughout and the front desk is right when you enter. Service: LeeAnn is the best, she is so personable and such a sweetheart. She absolutely fawns over my little princess any time we come in and is genuinely excited to see her. Sometimes she cuts her a little bit short, but hair grows out so no big deal. Price: I think it is honestly the same price as Petco, but I come here for the customer service.
