As our companion pet family ages, it is critical to receive excellent advice and customer service to better care for our 15- and 14-year-old dogs and 17-year-old cat. I always receive outstanding assistance at Pet Supplies Plus in Medford. On my most recent visit to pick-up my on-line order, Sal greeted me welcoming me back to Pet Supplies Plus and got my order. Russell the Store Manager processed my order. I briefly explained my challenges with our dogs. Russell listened to my concerns. Russell did an extraordinary explanation on how best to aid my dogs which I tried, and it worked very well making my dogs much more comfortable. Highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus in Medford for their friendly and caring professional expertise. Pet Supplies Plus Medford truly makes a difference in the lives of your companion pets. read more

Pet Supplies Plus had the product I needed - freeze-dried salmon bits. My cat is old and finicky and to make sure he eats the food I put his pills in, I crush up the salmon bits and sprinkle it on his food. I call it magic dust. Also great customer service - the store didn't have a couple of things, the manager called me and helped me with replacement items. And delivery was fast and the driver was friendly. Highly recommend. read more

Excellent pet supply store - both for selection, & helpful staff including a very knowledgeable manager Edwin! My dog needed a special change-of-food ASAP that was no where else locally. They were super kind about my many questions then held it for me to make the trek - so worth it! Her new diet (& toy) earn 4 paws up - from us both!! Thank you:) read more

Always had a good experience and the employees have been super nice/helpful. However, they hired "Stephanie" and she is rude and condescding. Only been there a few weeks and very snide. She should be nice to loyal customers or let go. read more

This review is pretty much for Corey. He is one outstanding human. We''ve had a 10 gallon fish tank for almost a year now, and Corey has helped us with everything from treating ick, to getting our nitrate levels balanced, to getting rid of algae. He cares deeply for fish and has an insane wealth of knowledge about them. We went to petco one time, and felt like we were being lied to about how certain fish get along together in tanks, just to get us to make a purchase. That is never the case at Pet Supplies Plus. Corey focuses less on selling as much as possible, and more on making sure we're only purchasing items that will truly help. This is the reason we only come to this store now. He has even said to us to call the store and ask for him any time he we have questions or need anything. He is the absolute best and deserves a raise!!! read more

They have always been friendly, knowledgeable ,good quality & great prices, from when I had a dog ,fish & now a cat

A friend and fellow puppy owner suggested I get Honest Kitchen products from here. So I go and it has both high and low end products. Okay. Good. Then I go one night and chat with Asst. store manager Everett. Wow. I thought I was feeding my pup cockapoo the good stuff. I found out I was in fact feeding her the good stuff... of the bad stuff. Everett recommended a new kibble for her and gave me a crash course in pup diet. A few days after taking his recommendations, there was a very visible difference in my pup's coat and overall mood. They also seem to have items that I haven't been able to find in other stores. This store has the most variety of Zuke's products I've seen. Definitely recommend :) read more

After I left this store I cried in my car. It's heartbreaking to see these poor animals in the state of neglect they are in. The ferrets were sitting in plastic cages with no blankets, in their own pee and poop. It was honestly sickening. As someone who has purchased a sick animal that ended up passing away from them before, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CHAIN. It should be shut down permanently and investigated by PETA. read more

Love this store. They have what chewy doesn't have and you can find human grade ingredient cat food there

Very well-stocked, helpful staff - both in the aisle and at the cash register. We learned that we can have an account and get discounts, so we signed up. Not good Customer Service. I purchased almost 3 cases (total of 63 cans) of Fancy Feast yesterday with a 15% off coupon. Went back today to just make an even exchange of 15 cans for a different flavor (same price, etc.), and they wouldn't do it. Said I had to pay full price. I wasn't looking to use the coupon twice - and I certainly wasn't looking to beat the system in any way - just wanted to make an even swap and they said NO! They charged full price, and took out 3 cans to so I wouldn't be over my credit from the return. NOW THAT'S RIDICULOUS! Plenty of other pet food stores to shop at. read more

I am obsessed with this store! We adopted our puppy right before the pandemic shut everything down. Our puppy, unfortunately, developed a food sensitivity which we couldn't figure out. Waiting for 2-3 days for deliveries from Amazon or Chewy meant longer time she spent on food causing issues. We believe we have found the perfect food combo for our puppy which is stocked at Pets Supplies Plus and delivered within hours when we are running out. So convenient and often have sale prices! read more

This store is great! I always get my cocktail food here because it's cheaper than the other pet stores. Any time I've had a question about certain treats or food there is always someone that can help me. I love this store! read more

Always so friendly to my dogs and I. Helpful with taking big bags of food to my car and overall better pricing, a wide range selection of healthy dog treats for dogs and doesn't have that big commercial store feel. Oh yah.. and my dogs absolutely LOVE going in there! Win Win read more

Awesome employees, great selection, LOVE your price match policy as well as money back for being a member. Love this place thank you!

I've been buying my food here for a year. It's a monthly visit, not a big deal. Every single time I've been in staff have greeted me, talked to me about different foods and made great recommendations, offered to carry it to the front or to the car, and shown genuine interest. I've been thankful for a smaller supplier with great service. But today was different. The woman at the register sort of shrugged when I greeted her upon entering. My food was out of stock (ok not a big deal- when can I come back). "It should be on Monday's truck". Ok, well, "should" doesn't feed my dogs... so may I inquire, was it on the order, can I put my name on it, when should I come back? (I've got a couple of days worth at home... you don't carry it in a smaller bag). The man went to get a manager. It was on the order but was already in and is gone, won't be here Monday but maybe Wednesday. She did finally take down information, but again was vague- we'll be in touch. I don't expect perfection, or mountains to be made of mole hills. But changing a dogs food can be a big deal... so I did expect them to help me to find a resolution (not me leading them to it and begging for it) with some sort of responsiveness or commitment to seeing it through. Because this store was not committed to solving my problem I ordered it from Polkadogdelivery.com. It's still local. It was cheaper. And it was on my doorstep when I came home for lunch today (less than 24 hours after placing the order). I've resisted delivery on principle. I'm perfectly capable of getting dog food. But as you can see it's now a challenge- so this one's "gone to the dog's". read more
