For a while, we were picking up his food in-person, until I received an email saying that Hollywood Feed offers FREE same-day delivery. I was SO excited --and we've been using this service ever since! All you have to do is place your order through their website and select same-day delivery at checkout. I will note that you do have to be within a certain mile radius for same-day delivery, but we live on the other side of town from this location, so I can imagine it's a pretty wide radius. If you order before 6 p.m. you'll get your delivery that evening. Tips are recommended, but not required - although I'm happy to tip anyone who's lifting a 25 pound bag of dog food so I don't have to! The team often leaves us a sweet note wishing us a nice day, and includes few small sample treats for our dog. We'll continue to order our dog's food from Hollywood Feed for this level of care - you just don't find that at other pet stores!

They sold damaged used goods knowing full well they would not accept a return. All my family lives here and they've always shopped here. Will absolutely NOT give them our business anymore. First, the…read morecorporate offices manage all the communications and I must have received text messages from no less than six to eight different numbers. The website is crap. If you can schedule services at a specific location, you should be able to check which ones you need and see a total. 1. Not all services are available on the website to schedule so you end up dealing with someone from corporate who never communicates with the staff at the location. 2. Pricing is ambiguous. What I was told on the text message was not the final price. I even asked specifically...does this include the basic, blow dry, trim and deshedding and received a yes. The guy quoted $91. The total ended up being $117. Big difference. When I arrived, the staff member didn't believe my dog was getting a trim (Not a full cut, just paws, ears, etc) so I had to find the text chain and show it. She was angry and said it would take an extra hour and yanked my dog back there. I worried about my dog as she is a puppy and this was her FIRST experience with grooming. I wasn't sure if that lady would take it out on her or not. When I came back the lady apologized first thing for being rude but then negated the apology by telling me I was lucky she had time to do the trim today as she's usually booked. She also informed me that the person I communicated with at corporate was new and would be trained better. The ONLY reason I am giving two stars is because my dog looked good but I will NEVER give Scenthounds a positive review and as I'm involved with rescue, I will tell everyone in my circle about this terrible experience. The fact that a blow dry was extra and cost $26 is outrageous too. You can get a basic groom for a 45 lb dog for much less than $117 in Franklin. I did not tip. Lots of other places to go in Franklin.
