We spoke with the owners and they were super nice. They are involved in a dog rescue project. Its a cool little store. Its worth checking out if you are in Lebanon. They do use some of the local vendors products and will help you find specialty items for your pets.

I was given all the information I needed to comply with their very efficient process. It was my first visit to this facility. I have know it for years but was under a certain idea that it was just for low income individuals or feral animals. I had an opportunity to see my sweet friend and the director of the facility and she informed me that that is a common misconception. She said they take all folks and most animals. There are a few dog type they don't spay or neuter. They did an exceptionally wonderful job with my asshole cat. She would not wear the cone or a sleeve over the surgery. So, I just had to watch her and she did great. The wound healed great. She is still an asshole but a smidge calmer. I actually was not charged anything due to the fact that I am on Medicare, so it was a great value to me. My plan is to donate to them through their wish list/amazon. She loves their yogurt cup treats. We buy the other super cute treats for family pups (since Peaches won't eat them). They do so much for pups in the community. I was super impressed by the coat selection! We tried on a few until finding the perfect fit, and the staff was so kind and helpful. Willie loved all of the attention and treats. Aside from coats, they have a vast variety of toys, treats (including a bakery!) and dog supplies. There are even gifts for dog lovers! There's a parking lot behind the store with free parking for shoppers and plenty of street parking on the opposite side of the street.

I tried to call owner but asked for wrong name. if he's there he will give a lil credit or change for a filter The young man is nice. He just says we will give them a good home Well she said you need to call first or don't bring them we just use them for feeders. I said well at least I didn't put them down the toilet. the chill guy was there. I said she's mean when she went to back. he said she's stressed well she's always stressed. Everyone everyone has stressed but when you work with the public, you should treat other people the way you want to be treated if you can't do that stay at home. The chill guy with the chameleon is nice. I usually get along with everyone. I guess she thinks she owns the place. It must be the owners daughter and she thinks she knows everything about everything.

I know it's all out of kindness and wanting to help, but being asked what you can get for me the second I walk in when I just want to browse for a minute is a bit much. I'm followed all around the store and I feel pressure to get in and get out. I think it should also be an option to have stuff carried to the car, not everyone wants that. Just some advice! Still appreciate the southern hospitality as it's hard to come by!
