If you have pets to board, **Little Paws Pet Resort** is absolutely the place to go! From the…read moremoment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the owner -- friendly, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about animals. You can immediately tell they care about every pet that walks through their doors. The rates are very reasonable, and unlike many other facilities, there's no nickel-and-diming for every little thing. They even have a great dog park in the back, and it's included at no extra cost! That's a rare find these days. It's such a relief knowing our pets are in good hands. You can rest assured they'll be cared for like family here. I **highly recommend Little Paws Pet Resort** to anyone looking for a safe, trustworthy, and welcoming place for their furry friends.

Heed the warning- I recently boarded my 3 French Bulldogs at this boarding place. I chose them…read morebecause they seemed very friendly, the place appeared clean to the eye. They were there 11 days I believe. It was NOT cheap. I EVEN LEFT A TIP!!! Everything seemed wonderful. They bathed my pups per my request, they even came in after hours to let me pick them up. Here lies the issue. My pups have ONLY been at my house in my yard or at their boarding establishment. No walks elsewhere, No dog parks, No one else's house. NOWHERE!!!! About 7 days after I returned home with them, one had a spot on his back where the hair fell out/became red irritated/then dry & flaky. Only to find out it was indeed RINGWORM!!! I was supposed to board them again but called to cancel right away. I was furious!! * SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS * I battled the ringworm for about two more weeks. Thankfully his hair grew back & I got rid of it. I also prevented my other two from getting it w medicated shampoo. Fast forward another two week another of my pups tested positive for HOOK-WORMS!!!! Remember my dogs have not been ANYWHERE ELSE.... So now I've had to treat all my dogs for that. Thru the Dr that referred me their facility. I can assure you they did not have them before boarding here. I just had all of them checked before I moved here in September. W a clean bill of health. Please be warned. If you love your animals like I do mine ---- YOU WILL TAKE THIS ADVICE & go elsewhere!!!! There is no other explanation for these happenings. ZERO. I won't be back.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I was quoted one price, but when I was charged, the…read moretotal was $100 more than what I was originally quoted. When I questioned the charge and asked to speak with the person who gave me the original quote, I was told she had already left for the day. What made the situation even worse was that she then came out from the back room shortly afterward. So not only was I charged more than I was quoted, but I was also lied to when I tried to get the issue resolved. Mistakes happen, but being dishonest with a customer instead of simply addressing the problem is unacceptable. I definitely won't be returning and would recommend others get everything in writing before doing business here.

The grooming was done beautifully -- my pup came home clean, fluffy, and happy, and it was completed in about an hour. You can really tell they truly care about both the dogs and their owners. They are super friendly, help you carry things out to your car, and if it's raining they will bring out an umbrella to you and walk you to the door. They have a great selection of things! I drive 20 minutes for this place just because I enjoy this pet supply store so much more than other stores; they have a bigger selection and the best staff in town!

We had a fantastic experience with Scent Hound! From the first phone call, I was able to address…read moreall my concerns with our three large dogs, which had never been to a groomer before. They reassured me and provided me with all the information I needed. They were to accommodate all three dogs for the same time slot so they could stay together. We personally couldn't get two of our three dogs to be comfortable with us cleaning their ears or teeth, and I couldn't clip their nails due to a lack of hand strength. I was very concerned about our one dog because he is a rescue, and we have no idea about his background. They reassured me that they would take all the time needed for them to feel comfortable. The day I went in, I answered any questions they had and brought the craziness. They were excited to see the dogs and loved on them as they took them back. When I came back, the dogs were nice and clean and happy to see me. They told me they had everything done and added some flea treatment for us since they had found a few during the bath. I was pleasantly surprised and shocked that all the dogs were cooperative and finally cleaned up. They all looked and smelled great. We will definitely be back. They are the only ones I trust to do this for our dogs and for a fantastic price! Can't ask for anything better! Great experience For reference, the dogs are (65 lbs, 70 lbs, and 90 lbs)

My older dog…read moreneeds a very specific type of food, and it's only offered at a handful of stores around Nashville. For a while, we were picking up his food in-person, until I received an email saying that Hollywood Feed offers FREE same-day delivery. I was SO excited --and we've been using this service ever since! All you have to do is place your order through their website and select same-day delivery at checkout. I will note that you do have to be within a certain mile radius for same-day delivery, but we live on the other side of town from this location, so I can imagine it's a pretty wide radius. If you order before 6 p.m. you'll get your delivery that evening. Tips are recommended, but not required - although I'm happy to tip anyone who's lifting a 25 pound bag of dog food so I don't have to! The team often leaves us a sweet note wishing us a nice day, and includes few small sample treats for our dog. We'll continue to order our dog's food from Hollywood Feed for this level of care - you just don't find that at other pet stores!
