This store doesn't always carry our very specific item, so sometimes we have to scour the surrounding stores, which is annoying and time consuming. They have meet and greets with the cats and dogs from the barcs shelters sometimes, where adoption fees are waived or greatly discounted. I am always amused by their halloween costumes for pets, although I've never had a cat that was patient enough to let me dress them up. It's a decent store, but the prices of supplies keeps me from adopting like 10 cats... oh and the fact that I live in a studio apartment...

We were there today because we adopted a dog from MAS Rescue and MM allows them to use their store as a meet and greet location. The owner was extremely nice!! We were able to get a dog tag printed on the spot before we left, along with some other goodies. There is also an upstairs sales floor. Parking is available behind the store if you turn on Hampnett Ave. You can either enter the store through the back or walk around the block to the front entrance (we did this due to the rain and mud). We bought our snake in February (from an expo ) We have…read moreonly been getting mice from Wet Pet & Reptile Center Well my snake wouldn't eat last week when we got the mouse (he usually eats a small mouse every Tuesday) so we got a smaller size today. The smaller one fell into the water (thankfully), which separated its fur. Which is when i saw mites or a different type of bug all on it, that mouse has now died i assume from all the bugs feeding off it. I looked at the small mouse we had and it also has bugs. When i contacted them the first time (before the mouse died) they told Me it was a fluke and their mice are healthy. Well i have pictures and videos (i will post below) of the mouse and i sent it to them, i was told to come back and bring the mouse. I said i could come then (yesterday) they said they were about to close so no and i said i live less then 10 minutes away but okay and i went today. Well i was also told i would get my money back and bedding for my snake because it was a hassle having to clean and the entire room and all. Well i got there today, they only gave me money back and when i asked about the bedding they said well the smallest bag of bedding is 3.00 so not sure what your trying to get out of this. Well i took my money and now on my way to another shop for a mouse.. i was told that on Saturday because they are closed they are treating their mouse room for the problem and that "it's shouldn't be harmful" to my snake if it had ate it. Thankfully our animals are safe but if a company can't fix their mistake properly & be open a few more moment to fix the issue, i dont know about everyone else but it's not a place for me to be shopping let alone get food for My babies
