The mgr I think was on staff, told him of our issue, of 3 selected foods we went with KOA bland kibbles and matching wet food (that was like REAL food) that looked much better than can food we've ever tried. He also suggested a powder to add to food. Let me tell you, Yoshi loves the food, he was always VERY picky, sniff and walk away, not the last 3 x we put his new food down. And his stools returned to normal and he is feeling like his old self. Can't thank them enough for their knowledge and suggestions. MY PET STORE is now.....MY PET STORE!

There were aprons, shampoos and conditioners available. I wished there were pet brushes to massage in the shampoo as I've seen at other self serve facilities and I wished the temperature was a little warmer on the dryer but even without having those things, Bentley enjoyed his bath time. Overall, my experience was good and I'm sure I will be returning. The staff was helpful and friendly.

This Petco on Boston Street has become my go-to store. I come here pretty regularly, mostly because…read moreit's convenient and I can usually get in and out without any issues. Most of the time, I place my order online and just stop in to pick it up. My orders have always been ready, and the pickup process is quick and easy. If I had one complaint, it's that the store seems a little understaffed, especially at the front registers. There have been a few times when I've had to wait because there was only one person checking customers out. It's not a huge deal, but it's something I've noticed over the years. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints. The staff has always been friendly, the store is clean, and they usually have what I need. What more could you ask for?

I'd been doing some reasearch on-line, but wanted one more sooner than later. But, they don't have them in the store, so, you should know that. But of course, there are still items in the store you never knew you needed! I purchased some food topper and got him some treats from the treat bar. I just like being able to bring him in the store with me. He likes it too!

The shop is filled with cleverly craft pup donuts, cupcakes and froyo. Check out the array of dry goods if your little guy likes to chew including tripe, beef liver, beef bones, chicken feet, duck liver and roasted garbanzo beans. We couldn't resist the puppy cupcakes, though with a 17 pound pup, it's very much cake sized for him! I appreciated the ingredient list on all the bulk food items. Great if your furry friend has allergies! The owner invited me to a weekend event at a park nearby and a cake tasting! Forgot to bring cash, but luckily they are also set up for cash! Friendly team. Clean store. Quality goods. This review was also approved by August! We will see you soon Dog Chef!

The people are so incredibly kind, and if you're lucky (if your pup is friendly), another doggo might come in for a visit, too! As far as the treats are concerned, my pup is SUPER PICKY... and we still managed to find things he absolutely devoured. I highly recommend the carob chip cookies! It gives your pup an opportunity to experience a chocolate chip cookie that's not actually toxic because it's not really chocolate! Quick side note - I actually ate the cookie myself and it was delicious. These people put so much work into making their treats healthy and delish for all the pups in town.

Despite the lackluster reviews mostly on the appearance and the owner's personality, I thought... what's the worst that could happen... Well.... All the photos are correct.... The place looks like Fred Sanford's scrapyard. Luckily I'm old school GenX/Millennial cusp and have been to plenty of old mom and pop shops but usually like cobblers and utility store... This was shocking for a place that services actual living creatures. It's cluttered but I will say it didn't look 'dirty' aside from dust on the old leashes and doggy pillow cases for sale... I definitely felt like I was stepping into a 1970s sitcom. That said. They are GREAT ! Maybe I caught him on a good day but the guy seemed pretty charming to me and the lady who did the grooming was delightful. My baby looks amazing and they did a lot of extras like painted her toe nails to match the dye job. She is back to her old diva self! Pro tip- like a 70s mom and pop operation, the place only takes cash. Not the most convenient but for the price and service I didn't mind stopping by the bank on the way back to pick her up.
