I had inherited this dog after the death of a family member and was unfamiliar with the needs of her curly coat (seems to be a poodle/maltese mix). On the day of our scheduled appointment we had inclement weather and Stephanie called me to reschedule. We did so and then had that appointment. The staff was so friendly and good to my dog. She was experiencing some separation anxiety and they handled it wonderfully. She was done when they told me she would be and I picked her up and paid. She looked so wonderful and I think she felt better as she seemed to have a pep in her step. She had not been groomed recently due to the death and transition for Chicago to here. I was initially worried she would need to be shaved completely and start over. Stephanie and her staff did a fantastic job and shaving wasn't required. I scheduled my next groom day for her based on the recommendations of the staff and how her hair will likely grow. This is my first dog with intense grooming needs and all the staff made this a great experience. The price I paid was better than I imagined and well worth every penny. I will continue to take my girl there and hopefully next time remember to take a picture after.

His ears were completely mowed down; shaved almost bare and his head was cut down lower than 1 inch. We shared a preferred picture to the groomers for how we wanted him to be cut. Even his tail was shaved from one end to the other. It will take a year for his coat to grow back. Dont take your dog here, The owner tried to make excuses for this patheric grooming job, but no answer can be given for this pathetic grooming place. Don't take your dog here. Very costly and no credit or reduction of charges was offered.

Finding a good groomer is difficult and finding one in the Covid era that didn't have a two month waiting list even harder but they were able to get me in in just over a week. I've never tried a mobile groomer before but I liked that they came to you and they could meet your dog on their territory and you can even walk them into their grooming mobile to get them settled. It's a nice set up that runs on a generator and they have their own water so no hook up needed. Our groomer was Lindsay and she was really sweet and Liesel probably would have gone home with her. About an hour or so, she was washed, groomed and she managed to cut her nails which is not easy because she hates it with a passion. She smells good, looks good and you can see her pretty puppy dog eyes now. I have no problem recommending this service unequivocally. Clippendales to the rescue!

When I picked him up, I didn't recognize my dog (before and after pictures for reference). He was shaved to the skin and they even nicked his neck because they cut so close. I brush and comb him regularly, so matting was not an issue. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive of my concerns, showing a complete lack of care for my dog's well-being. This experience was truly upsetting, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you care about your pet and want a grooming service that listens to your instructions and treats your pet with respect, avoid this place at all costs.

Not only is it extremely convenient due to location and hours, but they really care about the animals and have amazing pricing!
