She recently had a few large mats form despite brushing her daily. I had to prepare myself and her for a haircut. Anna called me and talked me through all my questions as well as what she would do at Ezra's appointment. She spends the time with your feline friend and is very good at her job and with the felines. Ezra received her first lion cut at the end of September and will be going every 3 months for a haircut and spa day to keep her skin and fur healthy. Thank you, Anna for being amazing!

So I lay into her. 1) it's none of her business WHAT I'm doing so I told her for me to take time out of my day to call while en route to ONE of my jobs is a COURTESY. (I dropped a nice f bomb in there because her sheer lack of compassion on this injured animal was enough that she deserved it). This place is all about "sell the animal. Who cares what happens. Dr. Jill got her in for an assessment and as usual, she jumped right on it and offered to perform surgery the very next day. The next day happened to be her day off, but she graciously convinced me that she didn't mind. I must also add that the holiday hours would have prevented my dog from getting the surgery until the following week. I think that says a lot about Dr. Jill and her staff! Honestly, Before I started seeing Dr. Jill, I had numerous complaints about the care my dogs were receiving. Dr. Jill listens, takes a teamwork approach, doesn't hold back when she sees a problem (my pup needs to lose a few pounds) is reasonably priced, and goes above and beyond for her patients and their parents. Another example of her commitment to awesome care is that I wished for my pup to have a heart worm shot, as opposed to pills.
