In the meantime it's got a leg band that says it's from this crap company. There's no way to leave a message and when you try to email, it bounces back. Forget leaving a contact note: you get all kinds of errors. I finally call this morning (in west coast. They're east coast. I'm in a car carpooling to work and the woman I'm transferred to is a royal *female dog*. "I need ALL numbers off the band. I get them and she rattles off a name starting to spell them before I even have a chance to grab a pen. I tell her to slow down because I'm driving in a car... she starts to lecture "YOU SHOULDNT EVEN BE DRIVING!!" So I lay into her. 1) it's none of her business WHAT I'm doing so I told her for me to take time out of my day to call while en route to ONE of my jobs is a COURTESY. (I dropped a nice f bomb in there because her sheer lack of compassion on this injured animal was enough that she deserved it). This place is all about "sell the animal. Who cares what happens. We don't even care if you find it and it can't fly again. PIGEON MILL" Gross people. I know them 30 seconds and I know EXACTLY the kind of gross person she is. Find your feed and pets elsewhere.

The Petsmart I used to go to didn't have tanks like Rick. They just weren't as active. I learned alot from Rick and I'm thrilled I found a fish store who really knows their fish and are great at helping u to get great water quality. I drive kinda far to get there but it's worth it to come home with some quality tropical fish!

Dr. Jill got her in for an assessment and as usual, she jumped right on it and offered to perform surgery the very next day. The next day happened to be her day off, but she graciously convinced me that she didn't mind. I must also add that the holiday hours would have prevented my dog from getting the surgery until the following week. I think that says a lot about Dr. Jill and her staff! Honestly, Before I started seeing Dr. Jill, I had numerous complaints about the care my dogs were receiving. Dr. Jill listens, takes a teamwork approach, doesn't hold back when she sees a problem (my pup needs to lose a few pounds) is reasonably priced, and goes above and beyond for her patients and their parents. Another example of her commitment to awesome care is that I wished for my pup to have a heart worm shot, as opposed to pills. She immediately researched the vaccine and took a training class to provide that service for my dog! Seriously, I feel like my pup couldn't be in better hands with her healthcare.
