I'm not sure if this is what customer service means to Rural King..but I can't fathom her being able to keep any employees if all she does is disrespect them. Especially on the sales floor. And he looked like a teenager. A literal child still...if this was my child he would never return to that job. Do better, Kim. A job should be a safe place...not someplace that causes you anxiety. I also ordered my swag bags here for my destination birthday celebration. Again, they turned out exactly like my vision. An idea I got from samples on display in the store, are pillows they make from photos you provide. I bought a pair as a housewarming gift with the drawing of a new home. For a relative's milestone birthday, they made an elegant sash out of a quality satin material with rose gold lettering for the birthday honoree to wear that matched the colors of the party decorations. Services were private but after calling the funeral home to confirm services had not taken place yet I went ahead and got the plant delivered to the funeral home (McNutt's was the best priced, small business shop in the area). Easy. Except it wasn't. Later in the afternoon someone from the shop had called and said he checked the obituary so they didn't deliver the plant because details weren't listed in the obituary. WHAT?? I explained to him that I had already called and checked with the funeral home and said the funeral home would forward to the family anyways regardless if services had taken place or not. He yes that is correct but he could not deliver the plant for the day now because his driver left for the day. If services had been that day they wouldn't have had our plant there, he should not have assumed anything just because details were not in the obituary. He said they would deliver the next day. Not sure if that ever really happened. I figured they would call to confirm they delivered it since they dropped the ball the day before but they did not follow up. I've never really had a really good experience with any flower shop sadly and this experience did not help my opinion. QUICK UPDATE- I got an email asking me to review my experience on the website so I did, basically what I said here but shorter. My review was not posted on the website and whoever responded back to me was rude and did not apologize and said the flowers were delivered the day of ordering them, which is totally untrue beings they said their driver had gone home for the day.

In the meantime it's got a leg band that says it's from this crap company. There's no way to leave a message and when you try to email, it bounces back. Forget leaving a contact note: you get all kinds of errors. I finally call this morning (in west coast. They're east coast. I'm in a car carpooling to work and the woman I'm transferred to is a royal *female dog*. "I need ALL numbers off the band. I get them and she rattles off a name starting to spell them before I even have a chance to grab a pen. I tell her to slow down because I'm driving in a car... she starts to lecture "YOU SHOULDNT EVEN BE DRIVING!!" So I lay into her. 1) it's none of her business WHAT I'm doing so I told her for me to take time out of my day to call while en route to ONE of my jobs is a COURTESY. (I dropped a nice f bomb in there because her sheer lack of compassion on this injured animal was enough that she deserved it). This place is all about "sell the animal. Who cares what happens. We don't even care if you find it and it can't fly again. PIGEON MILL" Gross people. I know them 30 seconds and I know EXACTLY the kind of gross person she is. Find your feed and pets elsewhere.
