When there was a problem with the sofa order, the owner allowed us to continue to use the original sofa while the right one was being made. This was at the height of COVID when it was so tough to get furniture. When our sofa finally arrived, the owner and his son personally drove all the way out to camp to replace it. I was so impressed! I waited the 3 weeks thinking I was being patient with them. When I called the owner said while laughing, that the chair and ottoman came in but they could not get the couch. He asked if I wanted a split delivery. I told him NO. I ordered a set. So he said I could take the floor model. I said I would have to check it over and asked what kind of discount would they give on it. He laughed again and said none. I could take the floor model it was fine. Well no!!!! I am always happy to work with as he knows his market and is happy to purchase high end quality pieces for his customers. I have also come to the realization that you don't always need to buy new when you are looking for unique. I really enjoyed this place because they have something for just about everybody in here. What one person may find tacky another will enjoy immensely. The downstairs is setup nicely. You can easily maneuver through the area and see everything they have on display. Don't think that this is all that they have in store, venture upstairs. Upstairs takes a little more time to go through. But it is still a great area to go through. I was drawn to this map of the city, of course I was too late as it was sold. Would make a great wall piece. There were also an abundance of globes that were dated, but kind of awesome. I also eyed in on a coat rack, but had to talk myself out of it as I really didn't need it. Don't mind the noise when you are upstairs as this sits underneath Arsenal Bowling. I began communicating with them 6/22/26. There were emails back and forth several times, ironing out the details of the materials and work I wanted to have done. I thought it was odd that no one was calling me to discuss the details or to set up an appointment to come to my home to get exact details themselves. I got my first phone call from the company on 7/7/26. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and seemed to be very genuine. I explained I would be on vacation should see reach out and me not respond. She explained that their installers are a third party company and had to work with them to get the quote, but said she had all the information she now needed to get that. I was given the impression that I would have the quote to me by the time I returned from vacation. I did not. A month has now passed since my initial contact with the company. I emailed them 7/27/26 asking about the quote, and the response I received was that they were still waiting on the 3rd party (installers) and the person they were waiting on was on vacation and wouldn't be back for another 2 weeks. At that point I was sure, as I had suspected earlier, that I was being strung along the whole time. I have no respect for people/companies that operate on lies. Just be honest with customers and tell them you don't want the job or you are too busy to get to it. Total disrespect. Everyone's time is valuable. I truly don't know how people can do this to people. Friends that wanted similar work done were waiting to see how things went with mine. I have already begun sharing my experience with those people and others and I will continue to do so. I do NOT recommend this company in any capacity.

Anyone else have trouble at Balls Outlet ?…read more Do not, I repeat do not buy anything from this store. We just purchased a $3,000 leather sofa, love seat, & recliner. It was beautiful, however when we got to the store it was all wrapped in plastic so I didn't really see it. They helped us load it, since my husband had hip surgery. They did drop the love seat as loading, so I am sure this is when it happened. I should have videoed the loading and looked it over real good before pulling out. I guess I am too trusting. Then when we got home before getting it off the trailer we noticed a cut in the leather on the love seat. I immediately called the store and then called or texted 50 times since then for a whole week just getting the run around. Today this was my last message from them; It appears this was done during or after you bought it It also appears to be done when unloading The only think I can do is request you return it but you won't get a full refund since it's something that happened after you had it in your possession Have you spoke to your homeowners insurance or auto insurance since it happened unloading it. I have never dealt with such rude, unprofessional arrogant people!!!!!! It was not done on our end!!!! I tried to give them a review on fb, but how convenient there isn't one. I will never step foot in that store again !!!
