Snowy White I Dry Cleaners & Landromat - Melted detergent container next to one that didn't go in dryer. Excessive heat considering it is microwave and dishwasher safe

I utilized the large dryer to dry my two loads in one go. In particular I used dryer #23. I ran the dryer for 30 minutes and returned with one minute left on the clock. My clothes were dry, thoroughly dry because the temperature on the dryer was set to melt and that's what it did. I had a laundry bag in with clothing and the nylon draw string melted along with the handles. Chunks of melted nylon then attached themselves to my bedding, shirts and pants. I use a small Tupperware container to premeasure and transport my detergent so I don't have to lug around a large container. The container was melts into a sticky ball. This container is dishwasher and microwave safe!! My logo adorned t shirts achieved a heat sufficient to melt the logos and cause them to transfer to other clothing. Shirts, bedding and other apparel all ruined. I called the "emergency " number and advised them while on scene. The recording said to leave a message and to text the number with details. I did both and 2 days later I have received zero correspondence. I've attached pictures of my damaged clothing, the container( next to the other container I have run through dozens of wash/ dry cycles and the laundry bag. Don't use this business unless you want to pay for new clothing and give your money to a business that claims zero responsibility

(30 lb capacity - approximately 3 loads and 45 lb capacity - approximately 5 loads according to signage). It's a pricey place to do your laundry. I saw no signage with a price menu for either the washers or dryers. The price of the washers varies not only on size but if you select cold, warm, or hot water, and special cycle add-ones like extra wash, extra rinse. I used the double washers and at the minimum price of $3.75 (Warm is $4.00/Hot is $4.25, extra wash is $0.25, extra rinse is $0.25). And the minimum $1 required to start the dryer on the 30 lb capacity dryer set on Medium heat was worth 20 minutes (adding additional quarters gives 4 minutes per quarter) and my clothes on Medium heat setting took about 40 minutes to fully dry (Note: check dryness BEFORE time runs out or as typical at other laundromats you have to add a whole $1.00 to re-start which may be or may not be cheaper depending if the clothes need another full 20 minutes). There are two change machines that accepts bills of $1, $5, $10, $20. And an ATM machine. I was surprised since the machines look so new that they are all coin-operated vs. a mobile app. Three of the washers were out of order at the time. It was clean, and relatively quiet. Free wifi is offered as well as gambling machines, and a vending machine. No public restroom because of irresponsible people who used it in the past according to the signage. There's a small utility sink to use. The sitting chairs were okay and I liked how there were 4 different areas to sit so we weren't all sitting side by side. And the cooled indoor temperature was very pleasant to my liking rather then being as hot as it was outside. This was my first time at this laundromat and it wasn't too busy when I arrived on a Sunday morning in summer. There were four other customers during the time I was there. I thought my clothes got well cleaned. Overall, a good experience and I'll consider using it again if the circumstances arise to be in need to do laundry away from home again.
