Really a bit of a roll of the dice on the tool quality here. I've had stuff fail after a few months…read more(too late for warranty) and stuff I've beat the hell out of for more than a year, and it's still fine. So, it depends. That said, a fair amount of other, random hardware stuff - I'd much much rather go here than suffer Home Depot (ugh!) or some other hardware store - parking is easy, and the store is usually fairly quiet (but not always). I think the customer service here has improved somewhat too, with more "regular" staff vs what they had at the start of the pandemic - it did seem to me that HF as a company was struggling badly with its online presence/ordering system, but nowadays the staff seem to go to considerable lengths to help people out. I just wish it wasn't quite so far away.

This review is more about the store that the tools Harbor Freight sells, More on that later…read more Harbor Freight must have upped their game. Significantly. I have shopped over the years at several HF locations including even in other states. I have never gotten the level of Customer Service I received the other day at this Store just off the Parkway East. I have consistently had a good experience at this store in recent years, but in buying a rolling tool cart the other day it was exceptional. Key Points: Freindly, helpfull, respectful and they were not trying to sell or upsell you or blow smoke, if they didn't know, they didn't know.(mostly overheard when other customers were asking questions) I wish other retailers had customer care even close to what I got this weekend at Harbor Freight. TOOLS: it would seem in the last couple of years or so Harbor Freight has upped their game as far as overall tool/product quality is as well. The 5 drawer tool cart I got was a fantastic deal and actually a better unit than others I consider at up to twice the price. (or more) You still have to be a bit careful about what you buy tool wise and some are still hardly worth bringing home but recently they have tools on par with Craftsman, Stanely or similar DIYer grade tools and even some that might compare to professional grade brands. Especially In today's economy, their prices make them worth looking at and could prove to be the better value. THAT from a person who used to Poo poo most HF tools

They are known for quality lighting, excellent style experts and sales staff who care about your needs. They help you to fulfill your vision. We all research online for ideas and go to website after website for the latest trends. It's exhausting. Cardello has a very easy to navigate website, but when it comes time to buy, we go to their amazing showroom store in Cranberry. I was in communication with Melody W. for several months via email. I sent her photos and she helped me design not only a perfect lighting fixture but was just as important or more important to us was the lighting ambiance. I don't know about you, but the wattage and bulbs today has become way above my knowledge base. That's why we turned to their expertise for exactly what we wanted our lighting to be. They stand behind their products and their service is above and beyond. Thank you. We couldn't be more thrilled and excited about it. We will be moving on to the next lighting project soon with their design team. Remember, you get what you pay for! Competitive pricing, a magnificent Cranberry showroom and top notch staff.
