    BUYER BEWARE! I'm…read morejust a person who needed a device to share a single keyboard, mouse and monitor with multiple computers in preparation for a home office and new job. I purchased a KVM switch ($697) from these guys that I thought would meet my needs based on their brief product description. I dismantled my home office, added this KVM switch and discovered that several things did not work as expected. I spent a couple days researching various issues to understand if I could configure the device to work with my setup, but determined in the end that it would not. So, I requested an RMA per their return policy, which required that I offer a reason for my return request. Instead of getting an RMA in response, I got answers to my statements. Basically, they were brief responses telling me what they think I might be doing wrong or could have done differently. Seriously? I'm not asking for tech support at this point in time. I requested an RMA because the I have already made up my mind about this item. I packed up all of the materials and boxed up the item and shipped it back within the required timeframe per their policy along with the RMA and paid for the return shipping myself ($45). The policy states that refunds are processed within 30 days from receipt. Fast-forward to day 28 and the company has done NOTHING. Not a single word via email, phone or text. I called to inquire and was given severe runaround and was asked to wait 2 more weeks while they attempted to get authorization for a full refund from the manufacturer. I called after 2 more weeks elapsed and got yet another runaround asking for another week or so to get the same authorization described previously. In the end, they processed a PARTIAL REFUND, KEEPING $200 FOR THEMSELVES AS A "RESTOCKING FEE" WITH NO EXPLANATION ABOUT HOW THEY DETERMINE WHAT RESTOCKING FEE TO CHARGE. It's not listed on their website, their return policy and the guy couldn't explain it to me over the phone when asked directly. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid a massive hassle and buy from a more reputable retailer (Best Buy, CDW, B&H Photo, Newegg to name a few). There are numerous reputable retailers that offer the same items with much more agreeable return policies. If I could go back in time and do it again, there is no way I would spend one penny with KVM Galore. IN MY OPINION, THIS IS A SHADY BUSINESS WITH BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES, IN 2023, WE REALLY SHOULD NOT BE HAVING A DISCUSSION ABOUT GETTING RIPPED OFF BY AN ONLINE RETAILER. We've had nearly 30 years of e-commerce evolution to weed out this kind of nonsense. Most reputable companies have established and refined their policies to meet real world consumer needs and scenarios. Choose one of those retailers instead!

    Came in today for the Spring Black Friday Sale. I was expecting to drop a pretty penny as I…read morerecently bought a home and am only beginning to acquire all the tools necessary to keep up a yard and be handy with projects around the house. Tina, the manager was extremely helpful as I sough guidance on where to find certain tools and to understand what were the sale items. She was very accommodating and happily went to the stock area of the stores to pull half a dozen tools that weren't out on display. Danny, the cashier, was also very helpful and willingly helped take a load of items out to my car and help me get everything loaded expeditiously. Great experience (albeit expensive) but so glad for the staff's helpfulness and friendliness.

    The lady manager is running around the store yelling at the customers to pull their masks above…read moretheir noses. She was on a rampage and clearly more interested in forcing her personal agenda on the shoppers than to help them find the tools they were looking for. She even refused to sell to customer because his mask was not over his nose. He even demonstrated that his mask was defective (kept falling down) but she did not care and demanded that he leave. And he did peacefully. I could not believe what I just witnessed. I also left the store and a pretty full shopping cart of items in the middle of the isle. I will never return to this store. With several other hardware/ tool stores that appreciate their clients business within a 1/2 mile, I will shop there!!!
