One of the Door dashers was a shadow door dasher and dumped my order in the bushes. One of the neighbors saw one of the bags dumped in the bushes by the Door Dash driver. I spoke with Jonas on the phone a few times he followed up and then Adrianna personally came and delivered the missing items to my home. Literally hand delivered with a smile. I will always keep ordering from Petsmart because they are amazing especially in this particular store! I will look to see if it is possible to order from instacart instead which I have always had positive experiences with instacart deliveries and most deliveries. I used to work in a major corporate pet store in NYC at a flagship store so I understand exactly how intense & busy working in a pet store is with both the humans and furbabies and while it can be a fun job it definitely isn't easy but Jonas & Adrianna make it look easy and have excellent customer relations skills that will take them both very far in life :). My kitty says that this Petsmart is purrfection and loves all of his kitten food, treats & his many toys & cat climbers.

We are a retired couple with a 16-month-old mild-tempered mini-goldendoodle, Goldie…read more Petco groomer Meylin in the Lake Worth store location ruined our highly satisfied experience and relationship with Petco by lying to us and by deliberately entering a false narrative about a vicious, aggressive dog. Apparently, this is recurrent practice by Meylin from reading Luna's review. There is no way we are talking about our 20-pound Zen-mannered mini-goldendoodle who gives everyone kisses, never barks and has never acted in an aggressive manner in her whole life. Her licensed breeder; trainer Barbara at the Petco Wellington store; previous groomer Karen at the Petco Wellington store; her veterinary practice in Wellington; and fellow retired neighbors in Wellington and Boynton Beach can attest Goldie is the sweetest puppy with paw sensitivity due to the general area where the vet had previously drawn blood prior to spay surgery. By corporate policy of which we were never informed and no one previously discussed with us, Goldie can never be groomed at Petco for the rest of her life. Very convenient as we had paid for four grooming (the eighth is free). There is no appeal or presenting contradictory evidence to the outrageous and false claim made by a first-time groomer who does not know Goldie or us, has left us disappointed and very upset. We had to stop all of her auto ship orders with Petco, and will no longer recommend the company, and the wonderful trainer and original groomer who stand behind the company policy. This will be regrettable decision by Petco.

( not to mention every single other puppy- there was about 8 had some sort of "puppy cold") I was then convinced that I needed about 300$ worth of puppy supplies- which I insisted I didn't need. But Mary the manager pushed on that I did.. and I couldn't get the more inexpensive puppy supplies that they sold due to her bread. That was the first red flag, Fast forward now, I have regularly bought the puppy food there, which my dog has now enjoyed the taste of a different variety or wet food a worker sold me when Mary wasn't in, and when I returned again to buy a couple more cans Mary was visibly frustrated that I didn't buy the one that she wanted me too. She has tried to push me several times into training or etc. for way more then it's worth and gotten short and irritated when I declined. I did go there for my dogs first grooming, having my mother drop her off while I was at work they proceeded to call me which I wasn't able to answer and tell me that she needed to be shaved and to call back, when I finally got to the message I received another one that they went ahead and shaved her, mind you I brushed her several times a day and this not being my first dog, I know her coat and what condition it was in, there was no need for her to be shaved. Her legs were shaved to the bone. And her body fur is Probably a half an inch longer and as you can see in the picture her face isn't groomed proportionally and there's many strands that are longer/shorter then others. She was not matted nor did she have one single knot. She came back visibly distraught and less confident it has taken weeks to get back to herself. I highly recommend everyone stays far away- from not only the business but the lady who runs it. And to you MARY- you should never speak badly of your customers- to there mother. Then she called me to tell me that my dog who's never done this before is banging her head into the cage, and she has two red bumps on the top of her head. I went back the following day with my other dog as I already had an appointment scheduled. She canceled my appointment so she says and I receive no notification. She refuse to groom my dog when I drove 30 minutes to get here and then told me I would have to come back later and deal with the manager. Extremely terrible customer service and they don't treat the dogs. Well, please do yourself a favor for you and your pets. She accuse me of abusing my dogs as well.
