I specifically said to not shave him as he is a double coat dog. They completely butchered him. I was very upset. They shaved his underside, descimated his tail and left his coat uneven. In the car, I noticed his beard was all uneven and chopped in layers. I took him back in to ask them to even it up. Instead they got out clippers and began to shave his butt. Between my tears, I screamed STOP and then was proceeded to be birrated, cussed at, flicked off, shoved out the door, have it locked behind me and got the double middle fingers again. All this while I was crying because they claimed "I wasn't specific enough and they did what I asked and cut ovet an inch off my dog." The EXACT OPPOSITE of what I asked. So if you have an Aussie, don't take them here.

I do not know what happened but they are no longer a place I would recommend. They not only butchered my yorkiepoo's hair and left him with a few scabs, they called me the next day (I believe one of the owners, a male) told me they choose who they do business with and since I am upset about my puppy's cut then I should not bring him there anymore and he hung up. Well after two years of bending over the tub in my bathroom and enduring much discomfort I tried it and I am hooked!! This was a wonderful experience for me and my pet. The owner and her son were wonderful in guiding me for my first visit. The equipment was easy to use and they provided these wonderful shammy towels which made it so easy to remove the excess water from his double coat before blow drying him. They also provide scrubbers for cleaning, shampoo, and conditioner as a part of the self serve cost. In addition, they provide nail trimming services (for those skirmish pet owners like myself) for a very reasonable fee. My dog also loved playing with the owner's son after his bath which was confirmation that I had found the right place. I am now a repeat, repeat customer.
