We explained to Lisa about his past and even explained that we had been asked to not bring him back by other groomers due to his aggression and how we like his hair to be cut and she agreed to do him. She spent way longer then she had to to make sure he was as relaxed as possible and did the best job we've seen yet. We are so excited that she will come to our house to take care of him. Her rates are very fair given the time she spends and the job she does. If you have a fur-baby that needs any type of service you have to give her a call!! We love her and she is our last groomer ever.

They never mentioned anything about the damage to his nail when picking him up. Upon returning to get some type of refund, apology or credit, the staff/manager stated that "it happens" and pointed out the dog in her arms even had a nail trimmed too short as well. My dog (a shelter rescue) was already scared of nail trims due to apparent mistakes from previous owners. I had always cut them a bit lower myself to make sure he never bled and to attain some level of trust. Now all the work I had built towards trust was ruined by mistreatment from this team at PetSmart. Completely unacceptable. No remorse. No apologies. Manager just casually smiled while saying "The most we can do is a free nail grinding next time." Last thing I'd ever want them to do is go near my dogs nails again. The blood stained backseat will be a permanent reminder to never go back for grooming at PetSmart again.

I genuinely don't know how they did it in that time but I'm not complaining. They cut her the exact length I asked them to and her cut was nice and even, which doesn't always happen at other groomers. She wasn't overly thirsty or itchy or licky when I picked her up and she seems like she generally enjoyed herself while she was there. (What I assume is) the owners dog came out to greet me when I picked my dog up and he was SO sweet. It was like he was saying bye to her, very cute. We will definitely be going back.

We loved the in home training. We wanted to be hands on every week with our boy Brock. The tools they gave us have helped tremendously. They also saw we needed some extra help because our boy is high energy and had some behavior issues so they gave that to us. Not only did we work in our home but also took trips to parks and Lowe's to work on behavior. We recently joined in our first pack walk, which is included upon graduation. We were so proud of our "Brock". Several months ago we wouldn't have been able to do this. We still train everyday to keep up his lessons. A very special thank you to Morgan who was our one on one trainer every week. She was so knowledgeable and fantastic, as were Alyssa, Olivia and Kaylee who have also helped. I highly recommend training with Alans K9 Academy if you want great results. We will be referring them to everyone. Brocks Family

He became reactive and growled and barked at a dog when brought back to be examined. And Dr. Andrew Tripp came in to let me know that my dog is now going to have on his chart that he is highly aggressive and advised he shouldnt be around children. I let him know I have 2 at home and he said that I'll end up on the news when my dog decides to react to one of my kids. He said everything short of euthanize him. I was absolutely appalled by these statements. I left and cried in my car petting my dog because our dog is the absolute best with my children and anyone else he sees. He has never once been aggressive towards anyone. Dr. Tripp made a very terrible assumption of my dog when he saw him for less than 5 minutes during a time when he was VERY stressed. They will never get my business again.
