Even when our cockapoo had trouble standing, the groomers worked around his limitations and gave him a perfect cut every time. ***Amy, the owner, is knowledgeable. She was quick to point out a problem Ralph had that I hadn't noticed. I immediately took him to the vet, who cleared it up with a dose of antibiotics. *** Unlike groomers who keep dogs all day, pick-up is generally three hours after drop-off. *** Prices are so reasonable that I started paying more than charged, not counting the tip. "Fur's Gonna Fly" has been in business for many years. Specify what you want, and they'll comply. Your pup will leave smelling great and wearing a jaunty tie. Thank you Amy, for years of great service.

I'm happy to report that after our first visit this week, the whole team at JP's Top Dog earned a round of applause (and a wag of the tail). Booking was convenient. They don't traumatize the dogs by locking them in a kennel. All the dogs seemed happy roaming about. There was no foul odor as one sometimes endures in other dog grooming salons. The staff was friendly. The Miniature Schnauzer cut was perfect and my dog's coat was clean. I hope their business keeps growing so that they're around a long time to keep my dog in style. Oh, and the pricing was quite affordable. =)

I'm iffy about this place. I took my cat there maybe? 3 times and I've always felt uneasy but I…read morecouldn't find anywhere else to take my cat. :( They are unprofessional and it's always loud (dogs barking) when you enter because they have the dog kennels where they keep the dogs right in the "waiting area". This can obviously stress out the cats. Also, when I drop my cat off they leave her on the ground right in the waiting area. One time I asked how my cat did and the owner said she was a b**ch. I mean, stuff like that you don't say to your customers and that's very unprofessional. Even if my cat was mean, it could have been said in a different way. Also, when I said I felt uneasy, it's because I felt like thy were mean to my cat. Anyways, I am sooo very happy and relieved to not go back to this place anymore. (I wasn't going to anyway.) I found an actual vet place that is award winning and offers cat grooming services. They charge more but it's worth every penny to have peace of mind for me and my fur baby.

Google reviews are giving this place a 4.6 star rating and all I want to do is WARN people please DO NOT take any of your furbabies here! A friend of mine took their doodle and their sweet baby came home with a terrible haircut, BUT I wish I could say that is all their furbaby came home with but unfortunately their sweet dog also came home with gashes and cuts all over his body!! To top it all off, these incompetent people will not answer any calls or texts from my friends regarding this heartbreaking situation! My friends dog is now traumatized, withdrawn, very anxious, and visibly shaken from how he was treated by these people. Animals do not have a voice to take up for themselves. We have to be their voices. So I am taking a stand and posting this review. These people are HORRIBLE and need to have their licensure REVOKED! Pet parents, beware! And please DO NOT TAKE YOUR FURBABIES TO THESE PEOPLE!!!

No, she is obviously following her passion, and that is shown through her customer service and love of our animals. We have been taking our dogs to Nicole for years (before this store even opened up), and recently one of our dogs passed away. It was only one night after her death did we know that someone had to phone Nicole to let her know. She wasn't just a groomer, she was a friend. She was so sweet to us and actually teared up when we told her of our dogs passing. Before she died, our dog used to walk freely around the store while Nicole finished up other clients. She loved coming to Nicole's to get pampered. I know this review is getting long, but I can't give enough praise to Nicole. She is very professional while also being extremely personable. Worth the price every time. :)
