There is a long driveway that leads to parking in the rear of the building. You have to walk around to the front to enter. Inside is quaint and cute, they sell items for dogs and dog lovers. We have lived in the area for 3 years and have been taking our Coco to this groomer for the majority of our time here. We tried a few other groomers before discovering Bubble Tubs. Coco is a Miniature Schnauzer and it's only appropriate to make sure he keeps a Schnauzer cut. The other places that we have patronized in the area don't seem to know how to cut a Schnauzer correctly. We like his legs full, body tight, and beard long and no other groomer in the area was able to cut him as requested. I walk Coco daily and have had a few neighbors who live in the area pull over to ask where I went for his grooming, they all have Schnauzers as well and had not been able to find a groomer that could cut their dog like ours. Prices are competitive with groomers in the area. Customer service is good. If you plan to try them out make sure you call to make your appointment far in advance because the appointments fill up fast.

I love supporting this locally owned business and appreciate their customer loyalty punch cards. During my most recent visit I let my daughter pick out a Happy Birthday treat and a new collar for Brewer, since it was his birthday! I decided to buy an extra bag of dog food since we had a full loyalty punch card to redeem for a percentage off the purchase. The gal working, not the owner but has been here for years, informed me there was minimal available due to a recent recall on the brand. I was impressed and grateful. I had not heard of the recall and appreciate them being in the know for me. Our vet recently recommended to make the switch to a senior food, and the senior Victor was available. Brewer loved his birthday treat and new collar, and is still loving the new senior food.

It's a cute little shop with great service that has your basic dog/cat needs. They may have other items but I'm not sure since I was only in there under 10 minutes. We ended up getting a variety of treats for our dog. I noticed that they offer grooming so I inquired about it at check out. They said my toy poodle would be about $75 but can vary on the type of cut.

We were looking for a local groomer for the new addition to our family. Our girl is very nervous in…read morenew situations and around other dogs, so we were hoping Puddles and Pups would be a good place for her. Let me share my experience: The Good- - everyone was very friendly and enjoyed their place of work. - communication in setting up an appointment was good - the groomer seemed knowledgeable and had our dog's best interests in mind when discussing the type of services and cut needed - the groomer handled our nervous girl calmly - our pup looked good when we picked her up The Not So Good- - no one except customers were wearing masks - the reception area is small so when three people were bringing dogs at the same time, it made social distancing very difficult. - I was told it would take 3-4 hours. I got a call at the 4 hour mark telling me because another dog was taking longer my dog wold be a while longer to get done. - my dog was there for almost 6 hours. She was completely exhausted from her stressful day. Conclusion: While my dog was cared for, I'm not sure the good outweighs the bad. I'm thinking I may try a different route next time to see how the experiences compare.
