    After!

We tried barking barber for the first time after having a few bad experience from other groomers. Vikki did not disappoint! She did exactly what we had asked and the dogs look adorable. I dropped them off and they were happy to go in and they were equally as happy when I came to pick them up. You can tell that Vikki really loves animals. She treats him with tender love and care and it is obvious that they appreciated her pampering. I have never had a groomer do all the things she did without specifically asking for it and she did even more than that - including ear cleaning, plucking, AG expression and nail grinding. They look like show dogs!!!! Thanks again. (the pictures are before and after)

This was my dog's best grooming experience!…read more I've been to many groomers before & this one was by far the best. The staff was incredibly communicative, compassionate & knowledgeable. My dog came in with not being groomed for 4 months so you can imagine the hard work needed to make him look great & they worked with my budget while also doing their best to take care of him. Very appreciative of this experience and will be coming back!

We picked up a 14-year-old Bishon from Arkansas and he was not in the best shape. His hair had grown very long and he was matted. I called Furrever Fluffly after finding the website and reading about all the certified techs. Kayla the owner picked up. She was so patient and understanding and answered every question I had about the condition he was in. She explained what they could do and who would be able to do it. I was able to get an appointment the next morning and was told I could wait in the lobby or drop him off and they would text and call when he was ready. We got to the appointment and Amy, a groomer and colorist, explained how the appointment would go and the cost, and I left Jeffie there. I received a text with an update on how much longer they would be with him and then received a call and text he was ready. I could not believe that was little Jeffie when they brought him out, he looked amazing, he was so clean and sharp. And I could definitely tell he felt a whole lot better. Sassy is the tech, who took care of Jeffie, she came out with him and explained everything in great detail about caring for his eyes and nails at the age he's at. She explained when to bring him back and what would be done so that we could keep him looking good. Everyone that I talked with was so super friendly and helpful, I cannot believe how great this place is. They really do care and love your babies. They also have a little shop area, where you can purchase products. If you're looking for a groomer, that is absolutely amazing, give this place a try.

Stella hadn't been groomed in a few months and was starting to shed her undercoat so she was a hot mess. We asked them for a bath, de-shedding service, toothbrushing and nail trim. Well, when we picked her up, Stella looked gorgeous! And you know she felt much better because she had a big smile on her face! It's been almost 3 days since her appointment. Looking around my house, at the carpet and furniture, I don't think Stella has ever been properly groomed until her visit at Bubble Pups! She is not shedding all over the place! They really took care of her. We couldn't be happier for our sweet girl. We have our new forever groomer!!

There is a long driveway that leads to parking in the rear of the building. You have to walk around to the front to enter. Inside is quaint and cute, they sell items for dogs and dog lovers. We have lived in the area for 3 years and have been taking our Coco to this groomer for the majority of our time here. We tried a few other groomers before discovering Bubble Tubs. Coco is a Miniature Schnauzer and it's only appropriate to make sure he keeps a Schnauzer cut. The other places that we have patronized in the area don't seem to know how to cut a Schnauzer correctly. We like his legs full, body tight, and beard long and no other groomer in the area was able to cut him as requested. I walk Coco daily and have had a few neighbors who live in the area pull over to ask where I went for his grooming, they all have Schnauzers as well and had not been able to find a groomer that could cut their dog like ours. Prices are competitive with groomers in the area. Customer service is good. If you plan to try them out make sure you call to make your appointment far in advance because the appointments fill up fast.

I'll tell you what. Reviews on google and Yelp were up &…read moredown. But Chris was hands down accommodating. He was able to fit Riley in, for a bath & nail trim. She's a very timid girl, however Chris had loads of patience for her. I'm extremely pleased. He didn't rush Riley. He took his time with her and it makes me happy . Chris even went inside the large kennel he placed her in, to literally let her ease up to him. I say if you're thinking about going to Chris, but the reviews have you weary..go with your gut. I did and we're 100% happy with him and how gorgeous our gal is!

The last time I had the dogs groomed the owner spent most of the time complaining about being understaffed and of all the large designer breeds coming in since Covid. This time he joked with me about having his personal phone number and that his girlfriend would be jealous if I called it. Weird. Today was surreal. I dropped my dogs off at noon. Chris literally dragged my dogs by the leash into the back room. Yikes. I said I wasn't really happy with the last cut because the muzzle made my Cavachon look like a fox. I had asked for a puppy cut. My female Cavachon always came out okay. I brought some pictures of his cut from previous years as an example. I definately wanted his muzzle to remain long. Chris called it a teddy bear cut. Fast forward on hour and Chris calls to say they would have to shave the muzzle or it would cost $10 each to demat both dogs. I know my female did not have mats. Maybe the male did. I said I definitely don't want them shaved so just cut the rest of the animals and I will take care of the face. Well, Chris lost it on me. He told me that he didn't want to cut my dogs anyway so come and pick them up. Are you kidding? That's some horrible customer service. Chris is a New Yorker as am I. Yes, we are edgy but as a business owner myself, you have to suck it up and remember that the customer is always right. Rude is unacceptable. As another reviewer stated - I can only imagine how they treat the dogs if they can be so nasty to the human paying. I feel like I was spared something aweful and have to believe my pups are better off. It was a crappy beginning to my birthday. Chris - if you actually like animals, stick with them and hire someone pleasant to answer the phone and greet guests. You shame us northerners.
